Very helpful staff
Didn't like shower set up in the middle of the room. Would have preferred a shade of some sort on the glass enclosure.
Staff. I'm not accustomed to paying large amounts of money so that I the customer can bend over backwards to meet the needs of the staff. I would rate negative 1million if I could. I even booked an extra night on my booking at my own expense to share JUST how horrible it was. Done.
Breakfast Bathroom Comfortable bed Stylish rooms
Breakfast, shower, location, hotel style
The hotel bedroom is very noisy as it's close to a 6 lane highway and the windows are not soundproof but I had earplugs and slept ok after a long day walking
+ location (good tram connections to city center, S-Bahn to railway station, next to Belvedere) + value for money + lockers in the basement (you check out and still visit few places in Vienna) + really comfortable bed
- way to expensive breakfest - a bit arrogant receptionist - too hipster (it is in reality very frugal but it is sold as urban luxury - someone was carried away a bit) - it was once an office building? It seems like one - it was cold in the room when you come back in the evening, once you set-up AC it works slowly so only in the morning you get your right tempereture in the room... or you put in max and you have 26 C at 3am...
The breakfast was great. The comfort and staff were good. Overall a very positive Hotel experience.
Need to have blackout drapes and newer windows. Also the rooms need to have more storage places for ones belongings. Need to have a few towel racks for guest. I would suggest wood shelves as to keep with the décor. They also need to know that Medical Service Dogs, with proper credentials are not pets and there should not be a charge.
Quite room, comfortable bed, ideal for couple travelers. Super delicate furniture and enough spaced arrangement in the room.
Would be better if there's a chair in the room. Also a tiny fridge would be perfect if one wants to stay couples of days. And the ceiling maybe requires some furnishing? Nothing serious, just for a more pleasant looking. :)
The atmosphere, food, location, garden, people..
Rooms are too small.
People working there were incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel cares for every detail. The bread for breakfast is really good, they should sell it. I Love The furniture and ThE decoration. ThE concept of the hotel is great: be optimistic for the world. Having WiFi in the whole hotel was awesome.
Interesting design. Good location.
Ironically the design is nice and there are a lot of artistic texts printed on the walls such as "relax", "be optimistic for the world" but the staff is very arrogant and rough on their guests. Practical information was not communicated by staff nor by signs. It seems like the staff is missing experience to run a hotel and treat guests. Elevators and rooms are very small. Rooms are missing some necessities such as hooks to hang your wet towels. Sound insulation is poor. We were woken up by the traffic at 06:30 every morning. Breakfast is expensive. If breakfast is not included in you room rate you must notify if you want it the day before, otherwise they will charge you an extra fee of 2 euros (total 17 euros). The staff removed the breakfast with a rough attitude and without notice even if people were still serving themselves from the buffet. Overall nice design but needs improvement on staff and common hotel routines.
Very cozy and welcoming. A combination of young optimism and attitude, great design ideas and good services. It has a great position if you go to Wien for leisure/visiting. Food is very good. Would clearly recommend!
The lack of a drawer in the room
Great hotel, very convenient location; 5 tram stops from city center. very clean rooms and hotel, good breakfast with lots of variety and extremely nice and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
Open shower in the room, wish they have shades all around
Great interior design and furnitures Excellent breakfast
We liked the theme of the hotel. The set up was nice. Really liked that it was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Shower head could be better it was not working very well.
Comfortable hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff, free WiFi, not too far from city centre by tram. Close to one of the main railway stations.
If you have a room on the front side, the noisy boulevard will surely bother you at night. Lacks at least a chair and some sort of table in the standard room
design, breakfast, lunch
noisy air conditioning/fan
Design of the hotel, soap, clean room, atmosphere...
Every meal was amazing, breakfast staff made brilliant scrambled eggs with ham/tomato etc and didn't mind trying to explain the spread in English for us. So handy to the trams to go exploring around Vienna and to get to and from the airport with large suitcases. Really cool modern rooms, bed was comfortable.
Set in a pleasant area with quiet rooms at the back.
Nothing really except that the lugage lockers are somewhat in poor condition
Nicely designed, bright room with high quality furnishings. Great bedding and a decent shower. Really good food downstairs for dinner and breakfast.
Road noise in the room and the blinds were not nearly sufficient at blocking light (due to large gaps) so we were woken up very early. Basin in the room a bit annoying.
This was an excellent place to stay, and all positive comments by other guests seemed true. Reception was very helpful, and breakfast was fantastic. My room appeared bigger then the photos show.
Liked almost everything, except that I forgot that there is no fridge or microwave in the room. That was my oversight.
Good value in Vienna, energetic hotel, young crowd
Breakfast was crowded and expensive, first floor is very loud
The breakfast was great! And nice view from the room.
Some of the restaurant staff didn't seem very friendly, it could have been the culture difference between Americans versus Austrians.
