Personnel très accueillant parlant parfaitement l'anglais et un peu le français. Petit dejeuner copieux . Parking privé. Sa situation geographique dans le centre ville. La chambre spacieuse, propre et calme. |

Situé en centre ville, le personnel est trés agréable, bon petit dejeuner. Parking privée. Pas de restauration le soir à l'hôtel.L'internet fonctionne trés bien , mais le prix affiché est hors de prix. En négociant j'ai pu y diviser le prix par 3 !! |

The host was so wonderful and helpful, the room was large and clean, morning breakfast was super, everything about this hotel was just great, really. We were extremely pleased with this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay here. We arrived after dark and almost drove past it because the sign was a bit subdued. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the proprietors made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and the breakfast was top notch. The homemade jams were delicious! This is a great location for sight seeing and the mountain views from our balcony were breathtaking! |

We stayed at this hotel in order to visit the castles, which were easy to access from this location. We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday. We asked the staff about finding a Vodafone store, and were referred to the tourist infomation booth which was closed. When we returned to the hotel, there was no staff available until the next AM. In addition almost all businesses in the area were closed by 1 or 2 in the afternoon and we had difficulty finding an open restaurant for dinner. |

Hans and Inge are extremely hospitable and very helpful with making reservations for local activities. Great location. Breakfasts are bountiful and prettily displayed. Laundry service is fast and economical. Very friendly atmosphere with quite a few American tourists too. |

Friendly welcome and central position. Beautiful scenery and countryside. Excellent buffet breakfast. There were no bar or cafe facilities on the day we arrived because of the festival. |

rooms were very clean, owner was helpful... also, the bus from the german town of fussen stops right outside this hotel... the hotel asked for my credit card again, even though i had given the details online while booking (the other german hotels i came from all did not require this), making me uncomfortable that i would be billed twice for the same stay... |

Staff vey helpful. Good breakfast. Off-road car parking. Very pleasant cafeteria and breakfast terrace. Rooms with balconies have good view over mountains, and are in quiet location. UK Credit cards (Mastercard & VISA) were not accepted by chip & PIN machine. It took several long 'phone calls and 40 minutes to check out. |

We arrived late in the evening and was graciously shown to our room. The next morning the breakfast was to begin at 7:30 but we needed to leave earlier for a castle tour. We were prepared to skip breakfast but they went out of their way to make sure that we were fed a very tasty breakfast before we left. |
