清潔できれいなホテルでした。シャワーが特に気持ちよかったです。朝食も良かったです。 車利用でホテルの前に出る道が一方通行で更にイベントで入る方が閉鎖されていました。ホテルとは関係ないことかもしれませんが。 |

There's not so many facilities in the hotel. No lift, but kind stuff will help you, No mini bar in the room but it's clean and has enough space,.Has only cafe, but as it's good location, easly go some restaurants near by, And breakfast is delicious. So, it's very comfortable stay. |

Staff vey helpful. Good breakfast. Off-road car parking. Very pleasant cafeteria and breakfast terrace. Rooms with balconies have good view over mountains, and are in quiet location. UK Credit cards (Mastercard & VISA) were not accepted by chip & PIN machine. It took several long 'phone calls and 40 minutes to check out. |

We arrived late in the evening and was graciously shown to our room. The next morning the breakfast was to begin at 7:30 but we needed to leave earlier for a castle tour. We were prepared to skip breakfast but they went out of their way to make sure that we were fed a very tasty breakfast before we left. |

Great little hotel at a good rate. The owners were very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable, the one we had was a little small but was perfect for us and the price was right. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room was bright and cheery. We liked the location--shops across the street, mountain view, and sheep in the meadow right next to the hotel! |

Everyone was wonderful there. The room was great and the dinner recommendation that they made at Goldene Rose was outstanding -- it was the best meal we had on the entire trip!! |

Very friendly and helpful staff; clean big rooms with great view on north side. New bathrooms and rather old furnitures in rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Good quality with reasonable price! |

Very friendly staff, nice clean large room and bathroom. All was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had and we had been travelling for 6 weeks by then so it was very appreciated. |

Inge, Pippi, and Hans were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice bar, breakfast buffet and was very comfortable and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed our dinner at Rieden and the suggestions for good wine! |

Very helpful staff who recommended good local restaurants to us. The room was a good size and well presented. Nice touches at breakfast included the eggs for boiling being organic, and the jam homemade. Well recommended. |
