Excellent staff. Very appealing and welcoming. Wonderful food in dining room. Nice bar. Hotel within walking distance to everything.... Great for families with kids. Spa services were nice overall but massages were too short in length for the money spent. |

Excellent wellness facilities, overall style and atmosphere. Dinner was terrible as the restaurant was full and we were placed into the breakfast room, where the staff created a very stressful and hectic environment. --> Make sure you get a table in the main restaurant. |

abbiamo apprezzato quasi tutto di questo albergo, la posizione, l'ottima cucina, la gentilezza del personale, la zona wellness. Poco funzionale il collegamento con la zona wellness (si deve passare dalla sala ristorante) |

Sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen. Sehr gute Küche. Sehr zweckmässiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Sauber und geruchfrei. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Zentral und doch am Rande. Ruhig. Empfehlenswert! Nur Kleinigkeiten die aber nicht ins Gewicht fallen. |

Das Ambiente, der Allgemeinzustand (sieht alles neu aus), die gemütlichen Ecken (Polstergruppe, Cheminee usw.) Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs haben uns gestört. Wir kamen am Freitagabend an, mussten am Sonntagnachmittag wieder nach Hause fahren, am Samstag machten wir einen Ausflug. Die Öffnungszeiten sind von 15-20 Uhr. Wir konnten alle 3 Tage nie in den Wellnessbereich, obwohl wir eigentlich extra zu diesem Zweck dieses Hotel ausgewählt hatten. |
