La primera noche me dejaron en la calle y tuve que dormir en el coche a -5ºC ya que no me dejaron la llave en el sitio indicado después despues de hablar con ellos. Para colmo el director del hotel no fue ni para pedirme disculpas personalmente. Vamos un 0 absoluto que solo correspondieron no cobrandome la habitación de esa noche. |

The hotel has a very nice backyard; unfortunately our sejour was too short to enjoy the views; the food was excellent and the staff quite friendly. It was very noisy ; almost unbearably noisy at night during our stay. Since we spent here a weekend- in which a wedding and some other meetings took place in the hotel - it may seem a bit normal perhaps. Still, we do not blame the hotel for this- some of the guests didn't feel like respecting others who were sleeping at 4 o'clock in the morning. This is not a complaint; simply for helping you out. |

Die zuvorkommende Art auf meine Wünsche einzugehen begeisterte mich bereits bei der Anreise. Dies setzte sich dann durch das ausgesprochen persönliche Service aus dem Restaurationsbereich fort. |

Besökte hotellet endast en natt på resa från Wien till Salzburg så jag har ingen större erfarenhet av hotellet. Bemötandet vid vår något sena ankomst och i övrigt var mycket bra. |

Personalul si camera Da. Daca se organizeaza petreceri cu muzica care se intind si pe parcursul noptii (cum a fost in noaptea de 3 spre 4 ianuarie 2009), ar fi bine ca turistul sa fie informat in prealabil, pentru ca sa poata alege in cunostinta de cauza. In caz contrar, el risca sa faca o "noapte alba", neavand nici o alta alternativa. Este singurul lucru pe care il reprosez hotelului.... |

Die Mittarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprechend für ein 4 Sterne Haus. |

Il prezzo Non è un 4 stelle. 2 stelle la parte camere ( piccole e brutte), con posizione dell'hotel subito sotto autostrada, magari 3 stelle le parti comuni e convention, e ristorante |
