I like the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very kind and helped me with all my requests. Breakfasts were tasty, room was clean. I really like this hotel and will recommend to others.

Small with very nicely laid out pulic spaces and rooms. excellent service from reception and breakfast room. Breakfasts capacious. Nearby restaurants and art museum.

What's not to like?

Friendly welcoming staff. Great room. Superb breakfast. Just opposite the museum quarter and within easy walking, tram and metro distance of the city centre.

Nothing.

In the best sense everything in this hotel was simply good. I would not call it luxurious - but I felt absolutely comfortable from the beginning, nothing was missing, everything was just fine. The kindness of the reception, the spotlessly (!) clean bathroom, the breakfast which was not luxurious but of excellent quality and that was more than enough. Everything was just as it should be - *this* was the real small luxury given that in many places of the same price range this is often not the case. A place to relax, feel comfortable, and return.

Enjoyed my stay. Quirky decor. Lots of good museums, restaurants, cafes and shopping nearby. Very clean rooms with Nespresso machine. Kind and helpful staff. Satisfying breakfast. Highly recommend.

The sauna was great! Loved it! We had 2 hours just for us - fantastic! The breakfast was also very good. It was warm in the hotel and very cosy. Highly recommended.

This hotel delivers what it promises, it is extremely friendly , comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Our room was very nice, a corner one with enough space for 2.

I wished the staff know more about the city events and activities.

Value, excellent breakfast

The staff at the front desk for our stay from 16 to 22 December 2012 were notably professional, friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great location and surprisingly quiet considering it's city location. We were able to walk everywhere and were really close to the museums/art galleries and lots of good restaurants. The hotel is small but our room was well proportioned. The art work is really interesting too. Breakfast was great with lots of choice - the prosecco was a nice added touch. Good coffee too, both at breakfast and in the room and daily the chocolates on the pillow was a lovely treat.

The sofa in our room was somewhat stained and the coffee cups weren't cleaned properly on a least two days - small points perhaps but I expect perfection from a SLH.

It is an exellant city break hotel which I have now used three times.

Completely minor personal preference such as the coffee in the room was not to my taste but others loved it

I loved the style of the whole place; it was so attractive and stylish! I was impressed by the pictures on the website and the reality fulfilled my expectation (perhaps a rare occurrence). The lights in the reception area are amazing, the elevator and curved stairwell were beautiful, the art was modern and fun, not alienating, and the colors were very fashionable. Also, the breakfast was very high quality and really appreciated, so much variety! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with the hotel.

Great location. Everything just perfect. Would come back.

No integrated garage, you have to park your car across the street in another garage for 18 Euros a day.
