Very small room.

The breakfast buffet is awesome with plenty of choices and good cheeses and fruits. Location is good if not super. Some walking distance to U3 (300m) and imperial palace and Spanish Riding School (15 minutes walking with 4 year old kid).

The room is small and elevator is very small but very clean and cozy setting.

A brilliant location near the Museum quarter, yet calm and quiet rooms. Comfortable and pleasant atmosphere suitable for relaxing and working. An excellent breakfast and above all every member of staff from chamber maids to reception and management was unfailingly kind, courteous and helpful. It does exactly what it claims in the brochure. Fantastisch

Room too small

Fabulous boutique hotel in a great art district location. Easy to walk to major sites. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The room was incredibly comfortable and we took full advantage of the private spa facilities.

Excellent hotel and staff. Very good breakfast. Great location. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Will came back here for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Das Tyrol. Everything was perfect, from the great staff to the perfect room with all amenities. We also took advantage of the spa which was nice after a long day perusing Vienna's streets. I would for sure come back at this nice and great located hotel. Love, love, love.

This is an excellent hotel. The decor is an ecclectic feast for the eyes. Everywhere you look is something different, so it all goes together. The staff was super friendly. Everybody always had a greeting. They gave directions. They helped me print my boarding pass. The staff prepares eggs to order at breakfast, which arrive much faster than the European standard. The wifi worked well. Highly recommend for couples.

I recall their listing a shoe shine in the services list, which I couldn't find in the directory in the room. I didn't inquire about it with the staff, however.
