La ubicación cercana al centro de la ciudad y a insonorización de la habitación.

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma general pues la decoración es muy anticuada y sin gusto.En el baño sólo habían dos dispensadores de jabón, no se ofrecía ningún amenity. No hay caja fuerte en la habitación, sólo en el hall de recepción a la vista de todos. Solicitamos cama matrimonial así como indicamos en nuestra reserva y nos dieron una twin. La recepcionista amablemente nos ofreció otra habitación con cama matrimonial pero la habitación era muy oscura, más anticuada aún y para acceder a ella no había ascensor en el edificio contiguo, por lo que nos quedamos con la primera opción.

Wifi gratis en la habitación. Muy cercano al centro de Graz.

Las habitaciones "casual" son antiguas,no tienen nada de casual, de dificil acceso porque tienes que coger dos ascensores. No dan cepillo de dientes, ni gorro de ducha ni accesorios, solo jabón.

Unpleasant smell of smoke and fried food in the foyer and corridors.

I had previous used the hotel whilst on a business trip and decided to use it as our base to enjoy a one week holiday. It's an efficiently run hotel with welcoming, friendly staff. Excellent location and clean,comfortable and roomy accomodation.

Breakfast can be hectic at peak times and food stocks are not always replenished as quickly as one would want (missed out on the bacon a couple of times).

The hotel looks exellent, very modern, very good position -city center, near a small river. Very clean and large room -even if it was the standardroom! I believe it's thhe best you can get at this price!I recommend it 100%!

Unlike two other hotels in Mondsee ans Zal am See we stayed at, this one was air-conditioned

We liked the superb design, the cleanliness of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff, and the excellent location in a fascinating city. The sound-proofing was great-- you couldn't hear anything outside of the windows. Also, we really appreciated the beautiful architecture and design that surrounded us. P.S.: The beds were very warm and comfy-- I slept around twelve hours!
