Wifi gratis en la habitación. Muy cercano al centro de Graz. Las habitaciones "casual" son antiguas,no tienen nada de casual, de dificil acceso porque tienes que coger dos ascensores. No dan cepillo de dientes, ni gorro de ducha ni accesorios, solo jabón. |

Su ubicación es muy buena para recorrer todo el casco viejo de la ciudad,las habitaciones son confortables y limpias. Aunque dicen que tienen parking, es previo pago de su importe.Llegar a las habitaciones es algo pesado, parece un tour turistico por el hotel. |

la proximidad al centro y el tamaño de la habitacion Estaba en obras,el ascensor no funcionaba y llegar a la habitacion era un laberinto...no corresponde a un 4 estrellas ni de lejos; ademas da la sensacion que la habitacion que reservan para sus ofertas por internet o lo que sea son como un aparte de lo que es el edificio central del hotel.Ademas solicitamos una plaza de parking y cuando llegamos resulta que nos envian a un parking exterior... |

Location, close to the center and transport, very kind and useful staff had feeling of missing something in the room, too big empty space, not provided any facilities in the bathroom ( shampoo, bath cream etc) |

The location is good and it is a big hotel - though booking.com entries are routed to an older section in a separate building.... Though being a Star alliance member- they are supposed to credit miles on jet Airways - they refused as the booking was done through booking.com. |

We liked the superb design, the cleanliness of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff, and the excellent location in a fascinating city. The sound-proofing was great-- you couldn't hear anything outside of the windows. Also, we really appreciated the beautiful architecture and design that surrounded us. P.S.: The beds were very warm and comfy-- I slept around twelve hours! |
