Znakomite śniadanie i znakomita styryjska restauracja w tym samym budynku. Na minus na pewno dojście do pokoju- dwie windy, cztery korytarze i bez szans na uniknięcie schodów- z bagażami ciężko. Ponadto pokoje bardzo małe- klasa raczej motelu niż 4* hotelu. Ponadto głośno od ulicy i nietłumiące dźwięku szklane okna. |

Miaso Graz Brak jakiejkolwiek informacji w hotelu o mojej rezerwacji. Brak dostępu do internetu Zamknieta restauracja z obiecanymi drinkami powitalnymi. |

Location, close to the center and transport, very kind and useful staff had feeling of missing something in the room, too big empty space, not provided any facilities in the bathroom ( shampoo, bath cream etc) |

The location is good and it is a big hotel - though booking.com entries are routed to an older section in a separate building.... Though being a Star alliance member- they are supposed to credit miles on jet Airways - they refused as the booking was done through booking.com. |

We liked the superb design, the cleanliness of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff, and the excellent location in a fascinating city. The sound-proofing was great-- you couldn't hear anything outside of the windows. Also, we really appreciated the beautiful architecture and design that surrounded us. P.S.: The beds were very warm and comfy-- I slept around twelve hours! |

Quality of the breakfast, free wifi. Old fashion room in the old part of the hotel (nothing to with the standard of the reception), the restaurant was closed but the staff was not aware of it! |
