All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 10 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English, which made understanding about keys, etc. much easier Breakfast was disappointing as little choice. Very little fresh fruit and no cooked items. Also, as usual, no English-speaking T V except for CNN news! Very soft pillows and bed a bit lumpy, but clean although in need of a bit of a facelift. |

Nothing. It was terrible. They did not any wireless Internet service at the hotel. How can they write this as their services, while they do not have the wireless Internet service. How can I make a complaint of this hotel? Please let me know. |

freundliche Atmosphäre, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot Achtung PowerBook-Benutzer: WLAN-Signalstärke im Zimmer gleich Null. Auskunft des Hotels: "Mit Apple-Laptops gibt es regelmäßig Probleme". Im Bereich der Reception hat WLAN allerdings perfekt funktioniert. Da der Receptionsbereich ab 21.30 Uhr geschlossen wird, ist man aber leider zeitlich eingeschränkt. |
