We stayed for 2 nights at the der Bar to join our friends who were staying elsewhere in Ellmau. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome - the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff were exceptional and our room was very clean and comfortable. There were great views from our room, the bar and the restaurant.. We dined in the hotel with our friends on the first night and we all thought the meal and the wines suggested by the restaurant manager (Robert) were outstanding. We had to check-out very early on our last day before the normal breakfast time but a full breakfast was still made available to us. A beautiful hotel with exceptionally helpful staff.

Great Hotel, not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for in this case. It was Ski in Ski out but this may have been due to the huge amount of snow this year and may not always be the case. We booked a superior suite which was a large 2 bedroom apartment with excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. This is an excellent location in Ellmau as it is within walking distance of all the town has to offer. I would definitely go back there again.

Everything was so good from the moment we arrived there was no stress, the hotel staff took over. The food in this hotel is particularly impressive, could not fault it. Can't think of anything, enjoyed the whole experience.

Vor allem ist die hervorragende Küche hervorzuheben. Die Zimmer im Altbau sind renovierungsbedürftig. Die allgemeinen Bereiche sind teilweise erneuert, aber jedenfalls sehr geschmackvoll!

Super Frühstück! Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes Zimmer und sehr ruhig. Leider schwierig mit Zug. Man ist nach Kitzbühel immer auf das Taxi angewiesen.

Toplage, man braucht kein Auto oder Bus zu den Liften, alles vor der Türe!! Absolute Top-Küche.....sehr schwer nicht zuzunehmen. Gault Millau könnte ruhig noch einiges drauflegen...oder sehr sehr sehr vielen was wegnehmen;-) ernsthaft! Wellnessbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen...aber alles sehr sauber!

супер персонал, великолепный завтрак, да и ужин то же. географическое положение практически идеальное, непосредственно вблизи с подъёмниками, разнообразные типы размещения, неплохой банный комплекс с бассеином, вода очень теплая. откровенных минусов нет, но комнаты можно и побольше иметь в стандарте, скоро потребуется ремонт ванных, нет вай фая в номерах, сто не всегда удобно, и нет тв русских программ. но это мелочи на фоне плюсов отеля. жена родит, поедем туда снова.

rodinny charakter hotelu, osobni pristup, wellness nema chybu. typ standart doble odpovida celkove svym zarizenim spise 3+ hotelu, zarizeni je plne funkcni ane neni nove.Novorocni snidane byla na vysoke urovni, ostatni dny spise vyssi stred.Ale celkove mohu doporucit.

Une cuisine excellente,le salon autour du bar très agréable ,mais déserté(fin de saison?) Vue la dernière semaine avant fermeture il y avait un manque d' ambiance.Pour rejoindre l' espace spa il faut traverser la réception et une partie de l'hotel, pas d' acces direct.

Wir haben uns von Anreisebeginn im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, angefangen von der Rezeption bis zum Abendessen im Restaurant. Das war sehr angenehm, zumal wir des öfteren in Hotels übernachten und wir sagen müssen, dass sich so manches Luxushotel davon eine Scheibe abschneiden könnte. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Essen war hervorragend. Auch beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren durchweg zufrieden, es gibt keinerlei Beanstandung

Fantastisk vänlig och serviceminded personal med personligt bemötande. Gourmetmiddag och utmärkt riklig frukostbuffé. Härlig utomhuspool och fint inomhusspa. Närhet till skidåkning och trevlig golfbana. Utmärkt för besök under alla årstider.

stilvolles Ambiente, nicht überladen mit Dekoration, ruhige, erholsame Athmosphäre, Schöner Wellnessbereich der nicht überbevölkert war, Außenpool in traumhafter Lage vor Bergkulisse und sehr ruhig.Das Essen war ein Erlebnis, das Personal sehr gut geschult und freundlich.
