Located on the sunny side of Zell am See, in a quiet, yet central setting with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Zeller See.

Our new restaurant, café and holiday hotel was opened in the winter of 2005. Look forward to your stay in a modern suite and to a dinner at the on-site restaurant with sun terrace and a wonderful panorama view of Lake Zeller and the mountains.

Nature, wellness and relaxation as well as culinary delights help create holidays to remember, surrounded by stunning nature, quietness and the wonderful view of the mountains. Our hotel features a wonderful location above Zell am See, only five minutes by car to the city centre.

All children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.

All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.

All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 55.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Single king size mattress for our double bed instead of two singles, also quality of mattress and linen. Most Important is that the access to reach the hotel is not easy and investment could be made to ease this access. Last thing is no "free" scrambled eggs are available free, we are charged for requesting that.	7.5

Beautiful view of the mountains and lake. Nice playroom for kids and room with table tennis. However, the best feature by far was the quality of meals. The food and restaurant are exceptional. A small, intimate hotel where you feel taken care of in very modern, stylish surroundings. It is on a mountain, a 25 min walk from the town centre and ski lifts. Not a problem if you want to get away from the crowds, especially as the hotel is lovely and the views amazing. Taxis are not difficult to find anyway.	10

Excellent service and delicious food. The highlight of our stay was the sauna in our suite which proved a treat after a hard day of skiing.	9.5
