Der Weber is an environmentally friendly converted farm house located at the edge of the forest. It is just over 3 km from Hermagor and 4 km from Lake Presseggersee. The spacious apartments all have a balcony. Each apartment features elegant wooden furniture and consists of a living room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Der Weber - Haus der Zukunft is a sustainable, energy-efficient building using solar energy. Guests can use a ski storage room and play table tennis, and free carport parking is available on site. A sauna and swimming pool can be used at Landhaus Knura, 500 metres away. The Nassfeld Ski Area can be reached by car in 10 minutes, and in 15 minutes with a free ski bus. Very nice location. Spacious and comfortable. Nice views. There was no staff on location. You had to find your own room in a place that was empty. The next door neighbour had to come and help us in. There was no wireless as was advertised.

Die Lage bzw Ausstattung des Hauses. Keine Teppiche im Raum. Schöne Materialien, schöne Farben, genügend Raum! 100% schalldicht! (auch in den eigenen Nebenräumen) Toller Balkon mit Überdach, tolle Beleuchtung! Die Bettdecken waren zu heiß bzw die Kopfpölster ließen sich nicht in Form drücken!

Ein brandneues haus mit allem Komfort , Stil, Kunst etc. Für bauinteressierte ist das Passivhaus in historischer Bausubstanz eines ehemaligen, alten Bauernhofes - für Bauinteressierte ein Eldorado! Belüftung des Hauses durch Zirbenholzkanäle! Aber keine Angst: Sie können auch alle Fenster öffnen! Flammneu und liebevoll eingerichtet, modern und dennoch traditionell mit Eichenholzdielen und teilweise Lehmputz. Traumhaftes Raumklima mit Holzdüften... Die ruhige Lage direkt am Waldrand, am Osthang des Gailtals in einem kleinen Vorort von Hermagor, bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Gailtal. Große, terrassenartige Balkone; auch der Balkon der kleinen Wohnung ist perfekt. Sehr nette, aufgeschlossene Nachbarschaft, sehr netter Umgang mit den Bauherren, dem Architekten-Ehepaar Ronacher, die im Ort leben und arbeiten. Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Familie Knurra aus dem benachbarten Bio-Hotel Knurra, das eine sehr gute Abendküche (3-Gänge-Menü für 12 €/Person für Gäste des Hauses Der Weber) und auf Wunsch morgens einen Frühstückskorb frei Haus bietet. Dort kann man auch Gartenpool und Sauna benutzen. Alles sehr familiär und easy. Bis zum gemütlichen Ortskern von Hermagor sind es knapp 40 Minuten Fußweg zwischen Bauernhöfen, Hühnern und Kühen, mit dem Auto unter 10 Minuten. In Hermagor kann man Fahrräder aller Klassen mieten. Mit dem Auto fährt man eine Viertelstunde zum Pressegger-See mit seinen Strandbädern. Der See ist flach und daher warm genung zum Schwimmen. Wir hatten 22 Grad Wassertemperatur. Geheimtipp: Fahren Sie ans Südufer nach Passriach zum Strandbad der Familie Oswald. Dort ist es ruhiger als in den Strandbädern am Nordufer, wo es Tretboote und Unterhaltungsangebote gibt. Und Frau Oswald backt jeden Tag frisch Topfen- und Apfelstrudel! Wir sind begeistert und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal im Traumhaus "Der Weber"! Anregung: Wer auch noch a bisserl arbeiten will/muß, findet 1 gb lan- Anschluss in jedem Zimmer. Für die ipad und smartphone-Gemeinde wäre ein WLan-nicht schlecht, weil Steve Jobs keine LAN-Stecker mochte. Allerdings kann man im Hotel Knurra jederzeit das freie WLan nutzen. Sonst gibts nun wirklich nichts zu verbessern...

Die Eigentümer "Der Weber" wohnen ca. 100 m Luftlinie vom Objekt entfernt und sind jederzeit für den Gast erreichbar. Familie Ronacher ist eine Architekten Familie und das spiegelt sich im Weber eindrucksvoll wieder, einfach ein Traum was aus einem ehemals alten Bauernhaus entstanden ist. Die Qualität der Unterkunft ist sicherlich mit einer Unterkunft in einem Small Leading Hotel vergleichbar. Wir werden den Aufenthalt in bester Erinnerung behalten. Der Verwalter Herr Rudolf Knura vom Landhaus Knura ca. 500 m Luftlinie vom "Weber" entfernt macht ebenfalls einen ausgezeichneten Job. Wer hier etwas zu beanstanden hat, sucht das besagte Haar in der Suppe. Skigebiete sind ca. 20 Fahrminuten vom Objekt entfernt.

Struttura assolutamente strepitosa, nuova ed accogliente. Da consigliare per qualche giorno di relax in un posto magico ho soggiornato una notte e pagato piena la pulizia (senza usare neanche nè cucina nè salotto) che era extra e ha incrementato del 50% il prezzo pattuito per la camera...

Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar. Die drei Ferienwohnungen sind jede für sich fantastisch. Das Haus fügt sich in die Landschaft ein und bietet einen tollen Blick ins Tal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen! Es ist sogar möglich im benachbarten Hotel (300 Meter entfernt) den Pool und die Halbpension zu nutzen.
