Quiet, good service and good restaurant on site. Pleasant staff and excellent breakfast served in the morning. A little difficult to find from the train station the first time, but an easy walk once I knew where to go. Could add this info to the website. |

The entire staff was pretty amazing. Very attentive and truly made us feel like guests. This hotel is a little gem and although it's a bit out town, it's worth it! We felt spoiled! The restaurant was truly gourmet and it was such a treat to try the local aperitif and their homemade apple strudel. The vegetarian dishes were excellent. The breakfast was very good... Quite the spread! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Would highly recommend! The only thing we did not like was that we're not sure if there was air conditioning - it could have just been turned off. The room was quite stuffy (very warm day) and the only way to get air in the room was to have the window open all night. This made it harder to sleep because there was a decent amount of road traffic. |

Excellent reception. Annoying automatic detector to light up the entrance. Of course it lit up during the night, although no one moved. |

courteous and helpful staff, cater to guest's needs to the maximum extent possible, make you feel at home. we are vegeterians, but had no problem of food. |

Keurig hotel, goed verzorgd ontbijt, nette en goed ingerichte kamers, lekkere bedden, ruime kamer, geen geluidsoverlast van buiten Locatie van het hotel is zeer saai. Gebruikt als uitvalsbasis voor St Gallen (waar hotels duurder zijn) maar gezien de prijs (99 euro per nacht) in combinatie met de locatie, is de meerprijs van hotels in St Gallen het wel waard. |

Atmosfera accogliente e tipica del Tirolo, con un servizio più che discreto anche se un po' "formale" su alcuni aspetti. Mancanza di frigo-bar e aria condizionata in camera, che per un 4 stelle non è ammissibile. Il terzo letto con divano letto non era stato segnalato. Molto scomodo. |

hotel confortable et à recommander ; petit dejeuner très complet; personnel agréable ; le restaurant attaché à l'hotel est un peu onéreux mais la cuisiine est inventive et de qualité (poissons du lac de Constance)- à essayer ; sinon petits restos dans le village; il me semble absence de clim ( génant pour des séjours en période de fortes chaleurs - ce qui n'était pas le cas fin aout 09) ; pas de programme tv en français ( mais après tout on peut s'en passer en vacances) donc rien de bien génant |
