O estilo do hotel me agrada.O Atendimento é cordial e eficiente.O Nivel dos hóspedes é muito bom.O Ambiente é tranquilo.As novas instalações da piscina,spa,saunas,etc são de muito bom gosto.A Comida é muito saudável e excelente.A Decoração do quarto é clean,leve e repousante.Já é minha segunda estadia e tendo oportunidade voltarei novamente.Apenas, ele é um hotel para adultos,não é um hotel dirigido para atender crianças.

Very high standards of service from all members of staff. Excellent food. Spa is new, large, very nice, great pool. Location in the centre of town is perfect. Rooms are in traditional style, very clean and spacious but not quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Had a lovely short skiing break and would love to return.

Attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, excellent customer service. The spa area was also too notch

The toilet in our room smelled a little and the room we stayed in was a little tired - seems like the rest of the hotel has seen such major upgrades and the rooms could benefit from this also.

The hotel I have to say is excellent in serice very hospitable and very friendly and helpful. However this hotel is very mixed between modern and old. The spa area very modern very new and also the eating area but the rooms were a big let down. I will say the rooms were very basic and I discovered the bed sheets open at the bottom and saw the duvet was yellow like it was ancient that did not bode well with me and my friend who came for a spa break. The bathroom is awful decor and the shower attachement to the bath the coil was black. The hairdryer was a machin with a pipe takes ages to dry your hair. The toilet was separate and when you sat down you could see cracked tiles and groutinf come of the tiles what can I say very disappointing. The breakfast was standard but the bread was invaded by flies. Ewww on the open food. This hotel is a animal friendly hotel bear in mind if you eat there your table could be next to someone with a dog that smells as it had been raining. I would have like to bring my partner but the points made there is no way he would go there. Even though spa was excellant staff amazing thr room was bad..., Not what you expect for a 4 star.

Warm onthaal en fruitmand. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Buitengewoon verfijnde en gezonde keuken (veel fruit). Aanbod aan sportieve activiteiten (wandelingen, Nordic Walking, zumba, smovey, enz). Fantastische wellness (spiksplinternieuw groot zwembad, mooie sauna, fitness, relaxruimten met aangepaste muziek, drankjes, lectuur,...). Gratis namiddagkoffie of -thee + gebak. Rustige en ontspannen sfeer in het hotel en in het dorp, omgeven door groen. Mooie goed ingerichte kamers. Goede ligging voor uitstappen naar de bergen, Leutasch, Innsbruck en kasteel Ambras, Garmisch-Partenkirchen en kasteel Linderhof (Duitsland). Grote afgesloten parking.

Hadden oorspronkelijk een kamer aan de achterzijde van het hotel waar 's nachts vaak lawaai is van klanten van restaurants en bars (o.m. groot terras van die Fledermaus). Konden gelukkig probleemloos verhuizen naar een kamer aan de parkingzijde (kamers 210-211-212-214 ...) waar het 's nachts vrij rustig is.

saubere, schöne Zimmer, freundliches und professionelles Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet und wunderschöner Spabereich. Die Lage ist ideal, vis à vis Casino und mitten in der Fussgängerzone, trotzdem ruhig und mit Blick auf die Berge.

Ich gehöre eher zu den "Motzern" ... aber an diesem Hotel gibt es gar nichts zu beanstanden.

Spa was heel mooi en schoon. Prima service en goede parkeermogelijkheden.

Eten (halfpension) was echt niet lekker. Ontbijt was wel prima.
