Perfect location in the heart of Vienna. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. When we arrive at the hotel our room was still occupied,but the staff responded very professionally and accommodate us in the bar for theirs expenses

I have to say that overall I was disappointed ,, many things were missing for a 5 stars hotel.. And the room didn't look like the one I booked ,, I don't think I'll choose this hotel again

the location of the hotel is perfect. hotel`s decoration and comfort is so nice.

toilet is in the middle of the room and surrounded by smoked glass which is so disturbing while using the toilet if you are not staying alone.

Great location... Well designed rooms. We loved this hotel. The Onyx Bar is a great bar and the Restaurant was fabulous. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Definitely the place to be in Vienna.

Luxurious room with wonderful bath/shower!

Very expensive for what you get. Charging 390 Euros and not even offering a continental breakfast is a little outrageous! So, we went with a continental breakfast that cost 30 Euros pp! A regular breakfast was 29 Euros pp, wow!

The location! I guess you have to try really hard to beat the location.... everything important is withing walking distance: State Opera house, Graben street for shopping, Sacher hotel, metro, to name just a few... Lovely, well design rooms with the best in-house bar we have ever seen; great views, great interior finishes, small but lovely reception, friendly and happy staff. Magnificent views from the Oryx bar on the 6th floor.

Didn't have coffee/tea making facility. Asked at the reception and the "state of the art" coffee machine was brought into our room within minutes... Wow! Humidity in the room should have been worked out at the outset, little too dry air especially at night...No other comment.

Location. Location. Location! Right at the middle of everything in central Vienna room size, design, furniture bathroom / jacuzzi superb breakfast (EUR 29 extra p.p.) hotel restaurant - we enjoyed high quality seafood

The hotel bar is very trendy with non-hotel guests, practically impossible to reserve a table at weekend nights. No gym or spa at hotel premises.

It's perfect location, style of the room, fabulously comfortable bed, friendly & welcoming staff.

The hotel reception is on the 5th floor which makes the ground floor entrance rather cold and austere. The blue lighting is pleasant but very dark at night which could be a security issue. There is a reception desk inside the front door so not quite sure why it's not manned.

Location, location, location! Perfect center-of-town location with very easy access to subway, and downtown sites. We requested a courtyard-view room which made our evenings quiet and restful in spite of the downtown location.

The only negative was that the balcony was shared with other rooms, so leaving the door open at night was not an option. (Windows did not open in the room where we were, only the glass door.) We prefer fresh air at night, but settled for the AC.

The location of this hotel is probably the best in all of Vienna, you couldn’t get a more central place equidistant from all the museums, opera etc. in all of Vienna. The Staff is the friendliest of hundreds hotel I have stayed in during some 25 years of travel.

However: NON-SMOKERS BEWARE! In the entire hotel, excluding the dining room (where one has to order at least some food) there isn’t a single room, lobby or even chair where smoking is not allowed. To sit in the lobby is like sitting in an Irish pub or a French Bistro 20 years ago. Furthermore, for some reason messages left for guests are not handed over to them.

Excellent location. The young man on the front desk was exceptional - very willing to help and all the information we wanted was at his fingertips. The rooms were well appointed and exceptionally clean.

Thank you for those surprises that you helped to organize! Room 300 - very spacious, with a terrace and a lovely view over Stefansdom! If traveling with children, accommodates them next to 301. Rooms connected by each other. This (300 and 301), as I understand it, is the only room with terraces! One of the best hotels in which we had to go!

Staff worked extremely hard to please guests. Great room design and city views/ambiance.

Hotel is very difficult to locate both for local taxi drivers and people driving their own vehicles. Cell phone contact with the hotel upon arrival is essential, especially for international travelers.

Great location, interesting design, very helpful staff both booking , pre arrival and while there. Room and view fantastic - the layout worked very well. Loved the terrace restaurant . The manager was on site on 2 occasions and very friendly, asking if he could help etc set a great service example

The food in the restaurant for the evening meal was disappointing The fact members of the public going up and down in the lift to the restaurant and bar Could get out on your room floor was a bit disconcerting . The room card control of the lifts doesn't work
