Check-in staff was very efficient. Hotel room is very modern, visually pleasing, and comfortable. View of St. Stephens and the platz below is fabulous. Onyx bar is very stylish and hip! Onyx staff could be a little more friendly and efficient. |

Staff was very helpful. Wanted ice and had to always get it from the bar instead of a machine near my room. Did not like that for the price we paid. Too cosmopolitan for our family and would not recommend it for families. |

It is a very cool and hip hotel in the best position, right on Stephanplatz. The rooms are spacious with plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom had a separate bath, shower and toilet.The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable with a cosy doona. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from the restaurant on the 7th floor was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. |

The hotel was very modern in terms of design and in a very good location, very central and yet quiet not noisy. Mini bar very good with good selection. Staff excellent. The restorant and bar that they have is very well known in Vienna and as a hotel guest you can enjoy priority booking. Also the view is great. perfect for shopping, leisure or business. I would recommend it for any age range. |

I enjoyed the views very much and the proximity to all the restaurants and shopping. The room service was also of very high quality. Thestaff was attentive and pleasant. We could certainly use a closet in our room. There was virtually no storage to unpack into for our five day four night stay. Also we found the bar beautiful but incredibly smoke filled and would suggest a better ventilation system or limiting access to smokers:) |

Design, room size, bathroom size, cleanliness, Internet is free and very high speed, tv channels on offer, eletronic devices all from B & O. Friendly staff. Location is excellent. Bar in hotel is best in the city for evening drinks. Pricey food. Bottle of water costs 10 euro. One Dish of noodles costs almost 30 euro. Although food is great, it is not cheap. |

The hotel is an excellent choice for those visiting Viena or for a shopping trip. The location is very good and the service is prompt; the staff is competent and amiable. The rooms are nice and cozy with comfortable beds. For those uneasy with glass door bathrooms, there are wood panel screens. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. We will certainly stay at this hotel again. We suggest a more diversified breakfast. |

Very stylish. The rooms,general areas, staff and food all top class. To get from the airport to the front door on the train/tube in 30 minutes for 3.6 Euros is fantastic. (SBahn train is easier to use than CAT (City Airport Train) which costs 9 Euros) Unbeatable location to walk or tube everywhere. People were still allowed to smoke in the bar and restaurant! |
