We're not happy with the hotel stuff at all, especially in the restaurant. Service at dinner and breakfast was far away from 5* The only benefit of this hotel is the absolute perfect location.
Besides the ultra modern rooms and the amazing jacuzzi bathroom inside the room, the location of this hotel is unbeatable. We used to go sight seeing or shopping and come back put our shopping bags and continue. The opera is just at the end of the street from one side, the best schnitzel restaurants are on the other side of the street and everything is a walking distance. The cathedral is just across the hotel door. It was my mum's birthday and they sent us champaigne in the room :) so cute
Ultra modern comes at a price! The B&O Tv was a bit complicated to use and the remote control must have weighed a kilo :) Kidding but it's part of the beauty and the concept of the hotel I suppose. Make sure you stay there!
Smells, noise, scratched furniture
The hotel is great but for that high-end price needs a makeover & a lick of paint. The furniture is shabby and the fittings scuffed. There is too much competition in Vienna now for this to be acceptable.
The view out the window across Stephanplatz
Having to wear earplugs at night because of the doof doof music coming through the walls
Very pricey but great boutique hotel. We loved the room: very comfortable bed. Great shower. excellent care from staff and superb location. Great breakfast too if you have £20 plus to spare which you may not have given the prices of everything Viennese.
Nada. Loved it all
Service, rooms and location are terrific. The restaurant serves some fantastic food.
The reception is located on the 6th floor along with the very popular bar and restaurant (7th floor). Those are open to the public and are very busy. Doesn't feel like a hotel apart from the actual rooms which are quite nice.
Lovely hotel, great location immediately next to cathedral. Staff fantastic. Very clean. Lovely modern room with Best hotel shower ever. Food very good. Cannot fault this hotel, will definitely use again.
Location and room very nice and comfortable and well appointed.
Other than the night attendant, other staff not sufficiently attentive or caring.
no car parking or car valet at least
Very expencive late check out if we know that is check in in 3 pm
location staff rooms design
The hotel has the best location in Vienna, with a great view of Stephanscathedral. The hotel is just a few meters away from the main subway station and is right on the most popular street of Vienna (Kaertner Strasse). The rooms have an outstanding nice design, equipped with the highest quality. I would Do&Co hotel for the ones who would like to have their stay in Vienna unforgettable.
There is a strange odour in the corridors, probably coming from the kitchen ventilation
I don't usually like to write reviews here but this hotel deserves it! Everything was perfect (location, hotel facilities, staff and more). I am definitely coming again.
location and the quality of service
Location. Decoration. Service quality. Room size. Staff friendliness.
Prices are very high in some cases. TV Channels selection. Some items in the room requires more preventive rather than reactive maintenance .
1 In the reception while we were looking at the map to find our car parked by hotel’s personnel tall blond lady (receptionist) came and told to my wife to move over, we felt really unpleasant. 2 Our car parked by hotel’s personnel was searched by a driver, everything in a glove compartment was in a mass! We left the car in midnight and I wonder what the driver was looking in every private storage in a car? 3 The air-condition regulator was broken. We need to use screw driver to change the temperature. Of course it was impossible to turn on heating, only cooling was working 4 Towels are completely used. My old cloth for washing the car is whiter than a hotel’s towels. 5 In the room in the morning stinks from the hotels kitchen – doors and windows were closed. I stay only in five star hotel. This one shouldn’t be a hotel, it is standard for bed and breakfast.
modern design and décor. spacious, clean and excellent location. fabulously large bathroom. excellent bed and linens.
in need of some repairs. TV mount was jerry rigged. several light bulbs needed replacing.
Pillow are flat and you need 3 to have a good sleep.
The hotel and room style The huge shower The terrace The breakfast quality The car arrival and departure process (they wait for you at the end of singerstrasse and take care of everything / they bring your car to stephanplatz!) Professional staff
The breakfast price not (anymore) included in the room
Not clean Noisy Staff
room 300 - astonish relaxation !
You can't get more central than this. The view from the bar is spectacular in the evening. The rooms are well-appointed and a good size. The staff were pretty helpful when I had a problem, too.
The bar was very smoky and the music there was too loud for comfortable conversation. The restaurant was good (we used it for room service), but the staff were too keen to sell it to us at the expense of other alternatives. The rooms were perhaps trying too hard to be trendy, and we weren't totally happy to be visible while in the shower and (through opaque glass) on the toilet.
