    Location. Decoration. Service quality. Room size. Staff friendliness.

    Prices are very high in some cases. TV Channels selection. Some items in the room requires more preventive rather than reactive maintenance .

    1 In the reception while we were looking at the map to find our car parked by hotel’s personnel tall blond lady (receptionist) came and told to my wife to move over, we felt really unpleasant. 2 Our car parked by hotel’s personnel was searched by a driver, everything in a glove compartment was in a mass! We left the car in midnight and I wonder what the driver was looking in every private storage in a car? 3 The air-condition regulator was broken. We need to use screw driver to change the temperature. Of course it was impossible to turn on heating, only cooling was working 4 Towels are completely used. My old cloth for washing the car is whiter than a hotel’s towels. 5 In the room in the morning stinks from the hotels kitchen – doors and windows were closed. I stay only in five star hotel. This one shouldn’t be a hotel, it is standard for bed and breakfast.

    modern design and décor. spacious, clean and excellent location. fabulously large bathroom. excellent bed and linens.

    in need of some repairs. TV mount was jerry rigged. several light bulbs needed replacing.

    You can't get more central than this. The view from the bar is spectacular in the evening. The rooms are well-appointed and a good size. The staff were pretty helpful when I had a problem, too.

    The bar was very smoky and the music there was too loud for comfortable conversation. The restaurant was good (we used it for room service), but the staff were too keen to sell it to us at the expense of other alternatives. The rooms were perhaps trying too hard to be trendy, and we weren't totally happy to be visible while in the shower and (through opaque glass) on the toilet.

    . location . extra-ordinary bathroom: an example for what "accessible" architecture should look and feel like

    . hard to figure out what to do with the car (the hotel is in a pedestrian zone), but the staff was very helpful in whisking the car away and bringing it back when we need it. . for such an expensive hotel, the street level lobby is underwhelming, to say it nicely.

    The hotel location is nice. Rooms are very nice and completely furnished nicely. The hotel staff was extremely nice in the lobby and the welcome was the best one i have ever had.

    We wanted to check the upstairs of the restaurant to see the ambiance before a reservation only for 5 seconds and they rejected us. The restaurant staff needs to be trained by lobby staff :-)

    Room not very practical for a traveller. No coffee station in room. Restaurant overrated.

    Very spacious, well appointed rooms including luxurious bathroom and fantastic shower. Late checkout offer. Staff willing to prepare special food for one of us who was feeling ill.

    Staff in level 6 lounge area a bit intimidating - it was not clear who this lounge was really intended for, hotel guests or others. Requirement to remove and leave jackets was ridiculous. No proper 24-hour in-room dining.

    The location was superb and close to most attractions. The hotel itself was lovely an the staff appeared friendly enough too.

    I wasn't impressed that we couldn't sit where we wanted in the onyx bar although we were paying hotel quests as seats were reserved for guests from outside

    The location of the hotel is excellent, with nicely designed rooms.

    The hotel and its staff have an air of exclusivity that is unjustified. We were made to feel extremely unwelcome at the hotel bar by several staff, and the lack of service we received in general was easily the worst we have experienced throughout Europe. Also, there was a cigarette burn on our bed cover. This hotel was an extremely disappointing end to our Europe holiday - would not recommend.

    Really excellent design; functional for our use, wifi, good bed, excellent housekeeping. Breakfast buffet, dinner in restaurant both very well staffed, good food.

    A bit chaotic in the room adjacent to check-in; especially with slightly alcohol-laden folks clogging elevator area in the evening; but given all alternatives, this was a minor setback.

    Location, room size, view, curteous staff

    Throughout the three days visit there was a high pitch noise in the room that probably came from the hotel's A/C systems but in spite of our complaints, was not repaired.It was very annoying and prevented a really restful sleep. Also, the corridors are too dark (probably a design feature) and cooking smells from the restaurant(s) are wafting throughout the entire third floor corridors (I did not check the other floors). Lastly, I can't say we were entirely happy with the rather obvious lack of privacy in the shower and toilet rooms.
