Well designed rooms in the very center of the city. The rooms are well taken care off and are in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpfull with outside restaurant reservations and directions. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good but service a little slow. |

The hotel staffs were very cordial and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Imagine, the doorman would walked with us to another tour bus stop because we were not picked up at the designated stop. This, I never experience in other places in my whole life of travelling around. Well, I booked my airport limousin for 8am. When I came back in the evening to change it earlier, I was told my reservation was for 3pm based on the information on their computer. So it was fortunate I wanted to change the time of the transporation otherwise, by morning 8am, I would have to wait for the hotel car to come and that might make me late for my flight. |

accomodation, friendly staff, luxury, hotel place (in the heart of Viena),design hotel, "Bang & Olufsen" technik inthe room..... :) no parking garage... :( |

Very tidy and comfortable room. Excellent location, facilities and food. Friendly hotel staffs. This is the third time stay DO&CO for us and we shall come back DO&CO again when we visit Vienna. Super super Excellent!! Thanks a lot! |

Excellent breakfast! Design should not mean that the room is highly unpractical. Lack of space for clothes, echoing toilet, sink designed so that washing your face becomes a mess etc. |

Very pleasing interior design, fantastic location, excellent breakfast/food,very helpful and polite reception and restaurant staff Housekeeping was always running late-we found the room uncleaned even at 5 pm |
