Znakomita lokalizacja, wyśmienita kuchnia, bardzo zaangażowany personel.

Irytujący jest zapach nikotyny w restauracji w czasie serwowania śniadania; w porze kolacji - nie przeszkadza.

Is one of my favorite hotels in the world.the staff is so friendly,ecselent breakfast,beautiful room,especially deluxe suite is fantastic. We stay in this hotel for four times and would stay again and again

Beautiful location in the center of the city, amazing restaurante/bar on the 6th floor. Breakfast was very tasty at the hotel terrace under morning sunshine. The room was spacious, modern equipment. Staff were courteous.

All was very nice.

I liked the situation.

The front entrance from the street to the elevators (too gloomy, an aspect like a night club) The smoking lounge. Should be no-smoking, and another place for smokers.

This hotel is very good,the restaurant is very gastronomic and open till midnight,which is an extra when you go to a concert,ballet etc The rooms are design and very clean,the bar is the place to be of Vienna! This is the perfect hotel for a trip to Vienna!

The hotel is in the very heart of Vienna which makes it very convenient if you plan to visit central attractions. The room we stayed in was excellent, especially the view on the Stephan cathedral and we loved the modern design of the room. The bed was very comfortable indeed. It was right next to the Onyx Bar so it was a bit noisy at night, but we asked to be moved to a more quiet room for the next night, this was done and in addition we found a bag full of chocolates with apologies from the manager when we got back! It was a nice surprise for us. In overall we had a great stay in Vienna, partially thanks to the hotel with great service and excellent rooms! We would recommend this hotel for modern couples and will for sure stay in this hotel when we go to Vienna next time.

Superb location. Efficient and friendly staff. Unusual but effective internal design. A great choice if not cheap.

Thought 29 Euros was a bit steep for breakfast. Nowhere other than a very noisy, dark, discoteque type bar to have an evening drink.

Location is excellent, center of the city, u bahn in front of hotel, room is very convenient, no noise, good breakfast,

Room lacks enough storage space for clothes, service of mostly young personel is not 5 star worthy, not friendly enough, price of room was too high for services rendered.

Excellent breakfast on the lovely terrace, very nice room with a great view of the cathedral.

Being on a pedestrian street, the parking is a bit far.

Reseption in the 6.floor, entrance not 5*-like!

The location is absolutely perfect right in the cente of old Vienna with a great deal going on in the square around the hotel but the hotel is extremely well soundproofed so it doesn't intrude. The food is amongst the best we have had.

The Onyx bar was extremely crowded and unpleasantly noisy when we tried to go for an after dinner drink there - but it was much better earlier in the evening.

Very friendly staff, hotel is very clean, the bar had a great atmosphere in the evening. Location of hotel perfect for seeing central Vienna, no need to catch taxis or trains.

I think the entrance could be improved. The ground floor looks as if it could be a corridor in a train station - not good first impression. This could put people off if they walk in from the street, therefore not even attempting to go to the 6 floor where Reception is located!

The excellent services of the hotel staff. The location of the hotel although it is in a very busy area just near Stephan's plaza. The design of the room.

The cleanness of the bed sheet and sofa was not satisfying. I hope that the hotel management take care of this point otherwise the hotel is very good.
