Irytujący jest zapach nikotyny w restauracji w czasie serwowania śniadania; w porze kolacji - nie przeszkadza.

Style, accomodations, location

Lobby is on the 6th floor, rooms were on the lower floors, think there should be a hotel representative on the first floor for safety reasons. Also, since cars are not allowed in front of the hotel, a better way to get your luggage into the hotel is needed, or guests should be told to call when they are arriving, so someone can meet them on the street and help with luggage.

Brilliant location, fantastic room, friendly superb service.

The biggest advantage is its location. From the rooms, restaurant and bar has the incredible views of the main streets of Vienna and the square of St. Stephen. Amazing rooms, excellent breakfast and relaxing hours at the bar.

The only negative advantage which unfortunately is all over Vienna is that you allow smoking in enclosed spaces. While the bar was perfect and the music enjoyable, smoke from cigarettes cause eye pain and shortness of breath.

Price is a bit over normal though...

The location was perfect and the room was quiet and comfortable. Theresa at reception was extremely helpful throughout our stay and a treasure. She also handled an embarrasing situation with the upmost professionalism.

The bar area while beautiful was not the easiest to relax and have a drink in. Although they were seats reserved for residents we were treated with total disrespect when we sat there one evening after a meal outside the hotel. Although we sat in a reserved area which was free for several minutes before we sat there we were approached and asked to leave to facilitate a couple who had eaten in the restaurant. It was disputed that we were residents in the hotel and we were very embarrassed. It was later sorted by a bottle of champagne to our room but it should never have happened and was very unprofessional. It really spoilt the last night of our stay.

The hotel is in the very heart of Vienna which makes it very convenient if you plan to visit central attractions. The room we stayed in was excellent, especially the view on the Stephan cathedral and we loved the modern design of the room. The bed was very comfortable indeed. It was right next to the Onyx Bar so it was a bit noisy at night, but we asked to be moved to a more quiet room for the next night, this was done and in addition we found a bag full of chocolates with apologies from the manager when we got back! It was a nice surprise for us. In overall we had a great stay in Vienna, partially thanks to the hotel with great service and excellent rooms! We would recommend this hotel for modern couples and will for sure stay in this hotel when we go to Vienna next time.

Beautiful location in the center of the city, amazing restaurante/bar on the 6th floor. Breakfast was very tasty at the hotel terrace under morning sunshine. The room was spacious, modern equipment. Staff were courteous.

The loud music in the restaurant. The noise in reception in the evening because of the proximity of the bar. The carpet in the hall outside the bedroom was badly stained and smelt. Breakfast too expensive.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient for shopping and sightseeing.The decor was chic and stylish and we wre given complimentary champagne on arrival as we were celebrating a special occasion

Beds were hard and uncomfortable

The excellent services of the hotel staff. The location of the hotel although it is in a very busy area just near Stephan's plaza. The design of the room.

The cleanness of the bed sheet and sofa was not satisfying. I hope that the hotel management take care of this point otherwise the hotel is very good.
