Good staff. Cheap room. Not far from the center

Too noisy.the wall between passage and room was very thin. I can hear everything in the hall and people in the hall can hire everything I did in the room.

I had to get my breakfast somewhere else the last day because of a big group breakfast. Not a big deal , but an unwelcome surprise.

Without breakfast, damp, cold, very little space, no large towels, does not have a rug in the bathroom, no hair dryer, no disposable slippers, no toothbrush Holder...

The stuffs are friendly and the building is quite new decorated. We stayed in the 3 persons room with the private bathroom , the room is a little bit small for 3 big suitcase but is good for the backpacker and the people without large luggage. The check out is simple ,just put the key in the box near the front desk near the entrance.

There is no elevator for the room so if you have the heavy luggage you have to carry it by your own.

Very closing to the Wien west railway station. I think 3 minutes for walking. So it is very easy to find the hotel.The free wifi in the room was high-speed. The room was narrow. If your room is near the aisle it will be noise because of there have a door all the person inter this floor will open and close it.

Must pay cash for the room is unbelievable. Fortunately I have cash with me that day.

The location of the hotel is very good, just 2-3 minutes from the station.

The room where we stayed are not well ventilated and summer it becomes real hot. Air conditioning or cooling is required. Plus waste bins in every room is a must.

Siamo stati 3 notti in una stanza per 2 con bagni condivisi. Tutto pulitissimo, di notte si dorme molto bene anche se vicino ad una strada trafficata. E' vicino alla metro , alla stazione e a supermercati. Si trova a meta' via tra i punti più importanti di Vienna. Lo staff eccezionale sempre disponibile. Consiglio a tutti.

The double bed was so sagging it was like falling into a chasm together!

A nice and very well kept hostel. Clean and tidy with good staff. Really good location if you travel to/from Wien Westbahnhof.

Check-in at 15:00 is a bit late I think. However there was no problems leaving luggage in storage room.

The staff, they were really gentle, and the location, because in no time I was inside the subway and train station.

Just three minutes walk from the Westbanhof station (Connected by bus to the airport).

Very small room and poorly equipped. Although smoking is not allowed our room smelled really bad.

The room and the bathroom were very clean. The staff is really welcoming and ready to help. It has a good location. I absolutely recommend it to anybody, especially to young couples visiting Vienna.

Very good location: bus from/to airport, metro and train (Westbahnhof) stations are just in 10 min. Walking distance; near to shopping street - Mariahilferstrabe. Small rooms but well equipped and very clean. очень хорошее расположение: остановки метро, автобуса от/до аэропрота, западный вокзал в 10 мин. ходьбы. рядом улица Mariahilferstrabe, где расположено множество магазинов. комнаты маленькие, но в них есть все что надо, и они очень чистые.

When booking I indicated that I needed 3 single beds, but the room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed was provided. If the hotel can provided booked type of room it should not provide a options. Breakfast does not worth the money. бронировался номер с 3-мя односпальными кроватями, но был предоставлен номер с 2-спальной и 1-спальной кроватями. завтрак не стоит затраченных денег.

very interesting mixed international young guests. Small but clean and comfy rooms, unbelievable value for money especially in this prime location. I will return.

I dont mind the noises from happy young people on vacations, but someone might be annoyed even if they were just laughters and talks on the corridor.

- no internet connection at room - internet only available downstairs near the kitschen, noise and strange food smells !! - No elevator,, need to carry my bags to 3rd floor !! - No breakfast. - will not book here again

Staff very kind, hostel well equipped and very close to city centre (only two metro stops) and west railway station (2 minutes walk) in a quiet area.

Central heating set at determined hours and uncomfortable pillows. We had a room just opposite the shared toilet and whenever someone went to it and opened the litter bin, it made an awful incredible and fairly annoying noise, difficult to stand in the middle of the night. Please, replace it with a plastic one!!!

Location is good, near the western train station. The kitchen is good, well equipped.

The room is very small, quilt and sheet are a little wet, made me and my friend really uncomfortable. The wall is paper thin, you can hear everything from the corridor and your neighbors。
