Family-run for nearly 500 years, the Dollinger is set at the foot of the Nordkette Mountains in the northern part of Innsbruck. It offers free parking and a breakfast buffet. All rooms provide bathroom amenities, satellite flat-screen TVs and a safe. Guests will receive 3 hours of free Wi-Fi access. The restaurant of the Dollinger serves Austrian and especially Tyrolean cuisine either indoors, or in the beautiful garden, shaded by old chestnut trees. The Dollinger will organize a free ski bus in winter and a hiking bus in summer. The Inn Valley Bicycle Trail goes past the hotel, as are numerous hiking tracks. The Innsbruck Old Town, the famous Golden Roof and the Court Church are 1.5 km from the Dollinger and can be easily reached either within a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by bus. Great food in restaurant, friendly, helpful staff. Good location for touring city. Noisy, right on main road and with no ac either we baked in heat or had too much noise. We moved rooms and that helped a lot. Showers had no pressure, just a dribble of rapidly changing temperatures. Although a non-smoking hotel, the smoke from the bar permeated the entire building, giving our group headaches. We resorted to damp towels under the door to try and stop the smoke from coming in, on both 2nd and 3rd floors.

The location is very good. Rooms and facilities were great. Buffet breakfast was excellent and served in a very comfortable and welcoming dinning area. Good value for money. The only thing that we didn't like is that the Reception desk is not manned twenty four hours. In certain times Reception area is taken care by the Restaurant and bar personnel.

Free wi-fi, parking place Staff was unfriendly, room and bathroom dirty and bedding very old, yellow (instead of white) and with some holes. The furniture very old ;( there is a ski room and hotel staff tell you very friendly to leave your ski and snowboards there, but they do not turn on the heating! Even after asking them three or five times. Breakfast also very poor.

Staff was very helpful, spoke great English. Breakfast was healthy, tasty, and plentiful. Dollinger was about 15-20min leisurely walk to city center. Would recommend it, good value for money. Rooms were cozy.

Help given every morning and a warm smile from receptionist on duty. She was always there to help us very kind and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel should be proud having people like her behind counters to greet people. Well done sorry as I don't know her name. Above all good service and cleaned rooms. Thanks for making our stay comfortable Everything was fine. Our only problem was where abouts in the city everything written in German so it was hard for us to go around but reception was of great help

Lovely hotel, pitty the main bar is a smoking bar (where they also serve food), but overall it was a nice place to stay. The attached bar is very smokey. Which detracted from the fine menu served within.

No real service. The room was small for a quadruple room, no ventilation. We did not have electricity in the room from early morning and it was not good experience. They could not fix it later in the morning. We checked out of the hotel after one night

This is our second visit to your Hotel.. It is central to Innsbruck. Has marvelous views. We love the mountains and the beautiful scenery. We would definitely come again.

Realmente no me gustó para nada qu la conexión por wi fi estuviera medida y se cortaba a los 15 minutos de estar conectado cada día un hotel de esa categoría deberá contar con el servicio y no tener que pagar 1 euro cada 10 minutos

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr schön. Lage ist auch sehr zentral. Gute Busverbindungen in die Innenstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

je kon gratis bij hotel parkeren Bad kamer niet schoon, wc met urine sporen / haren/plakkringen vorige gebruikers op rand badkamer na melden is wc gereinigd haren en plakkringen zelf s`avonds schoongemaakt/kussen zo zacht dat je plat op de matras ligt/ eieren zelf koken/ kleine opsteling ontbijt hoek dus veel wacht tijd

Das ambiente des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sehr professionell und freundlich. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Der Schlafkomfort und die Zimmerausstattung sind hervorragend.

Nettes Personal, nettes Zimmer, gute Lage und nicht zu teuer. Das Essen im Gasthaus ist sehr gut gewesen! Es könnte etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet geben (Käse, Schinken od. Speck...)
