They could improve breakfast a bit

No real service. The room was small for a quadruple room, no ventilation. We did not have electricity in the room from early morning and it was not good experience. They could not fix it later in the morning. We checked out of the hotel after one night

This is our second visit to your Hotel.. It is central to Innsbruck. Has marvelous views. We love the mountains and the beautiful scenery. We would definitely come again.

more facilities for the internet access

Well the location was great, just a bit out of the center. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Staff was very helpful, spoke great English. Breakfast was healthy, tasty, and plentiful. Dollinger was about 15-20min leisurely walk to city center. Would recommend it, good value for money. Rooms were cozy.

Old style hotel, nice atmosphere, easy access to city and some free parking available on site, but arrive early as it fills up quick. The included breakfast was good value and there was a wide range of food available.

The only negative comment is that although the hotel is supposed to be smoke free and we requested a smoke free room, there was smoking in the bar which permeated the entire hotel and our room smelt of cigarette smoke. We woke up during the night with someone smoking in the hallway outside which came under the door. If this issue with smoking could be addressed it would be a perfect 10 out of 10 hotel for families instead of a 7.

Good access from motorway and easy to find. Free parking on site in September during my visit. The walk into the Old Town takes about 20 minutes and follows the line of the river.

In common with many Austrian hotels smoke drifts from the bar upwards to the rooms. Acceptable for one or two nights but could be unpleasant if staying longer. The hourly charge for Internet was excessive although some bookings include this in the tariff.

Good staff. Clean room.

I liked the restaurant. There is an excellent number of dishes and beautiful quality of meal. Also I liked large restaurant area. You always can find a free table for meal.

Работник ресепшен, ошиблась в расчете на 500 евре! Счет за проживание нас ввел в полную панику, и вопрос решился только после предоставления нашего бронирования распечатанного нами же в интернет кафе!!! В отеле полно тараканов и стоит неприятный запах столовой стоит на первом этаже!
