a place to sleep and breakfast Not our type of hotel.good for youth groups maybe,I found it odd that no staff is around from 12 am til morning. Our room had the dormers,so we were always banging our heads. At 88 euros, way overpriced. |

Double room was spacious--even had a pull out bed/chair so only one child had to sleep on the floor. Free ski bus stops right in front of the hotel and gives several options for skiing in Innsbruck. Good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and courteous. We were charged 48Euro for our 2 kids for breakfast for 3 mornings. They only ate once, but I was told since we got a double room and there were 4 of us, we had to pay for breakfast. Even wiht the extra cost, still a good deal. |

Lovely front desk person and also a great bartender. Hated the smoking - it was everywhere. We had to wash everything when we got home including our luggage because the smoke stank so badly. |

The room was modern. Closed to a bus station to the center. Nice view from the hotel Internet was not free, and some web sites could not be accessed. The hotel is a bit far from the center. |

The helpful staff and the food. Secure parking for motorbikes. Hotel is on a busy junction and can be a bit noisy, rooms on the top floor are quieter. |

clean, spacious room, modern bathroom, helpful staff. 5 Euros for use of WiFi was excessive, so did not use it. |

breakfast is quite good, wide range of things to eat, hotel has a restaurant which is reasonably priced and also handy if you arrive late in evening and don't want to go into town (20mins walk or bus) most rooms face onto busy road with considerable traffic so if you are a light sleeper, you will not sleep very well unless you manage to get a room at back of hotel. Parking lot on site is very small but there was parking available on the street as well. |

Situated at 15 min walk from Railway station My request concerning early departure and lunchbox preparation hadn't been trasferred from morning to evening staff, so I had to wait, while it was prepared. |
