This newly designed 4-star hotel in a charming and quiet location is located in the heart of the old town of Linz, in the immediate vicinity of St. Mary’s Cathedral. Surrounded by gardens and orchards, the Dom Hotel is about 5-minute walk from the main train station and the pedestrian zone. All attractions of Linz, including the historic main square, the banks of the Danube and the Lentos Art Museum, are close by. Some rooms are equipped with their own winter garden, balcony or terrace. The Dom Hotel features an Aperitif Bar, a sauna, a solarium, a fitness room, elegant conference facilities and a big parking lot. Staff are great. Breakfast is great. Room was large and comfortable and the hotel was walking distance to pretty much everything.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location near of the old town and centrum, free parking, free sauna, additional payment from pets its reasonable level (pet friendly hotel), triple room was a bit small but clean and peacefull, fast check-in and -out. Very nice small town hotel :))))

It is not a 4 stars, it is merely a 2-3 stars. Hygiene is an option in lobby, breakfast area and fitness. The fitness area has just the name and may be 4 weights. There was no parking space and no wifi connections during the 2 night i stayed. I was looking for a 4 stars hotel, center location, wifi, parking, fitness ... I got a 3 stars with a room in the backyard (different structure at the back of the parking lot), no wifi, no parking spot and a fitness centre large 10m2 with exactly 4 free weights. Complete rip off !!!

The hotel is very well located and offers a very reasonable package (room, parking, internet and breakfast) included in the rate. The room is small and the accomodation is just fair for a 4 star hotel.

We were allowed leave our luggage at reception for the day. This hotel should be classified as a three star at most. It does not compare to any four star that I have stayed in. Breakfast poor, facilities non existent but location is good.

Very close to the city center, but location is such that the it is not noisy inside the hotel. Car park is also very friendly, no need to walk long distances etc, from the car park to the hotel. Some renovations would be required, and the selection for breakfast was a but small. Also the tables in the resturant area are a bit small for 4 persons.

zentrale Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals Straßenlärm, viel zu harte Betten, weitgehend abgenütztes Inventar, schlechte Zimmereinrichtung, Frühstücksraum ist ungemütlich , hohe Verwechslungsgefahr mit dem "Hotel am Domplatz" Hotel verdient bei weitem keine 4 Sterne und ist eindeutig in die Jahre gekommen, abgesehen davon ist es viel zu teuer. Für den selben Preis kann man im Hotel am Domplatz (viel viel besser!) schlafen

Der Portier war sehr freundlich. Die vier Sterne sind absolut unverdient.Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer sind mäßig, eher drei Sterne. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu eng und zu laut. Das Frühstücksangebot verdient ebenfalls eher drei Sterne.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren allesamt extrem freundlich und haben mir die meisten Fragen beantwortet bevor ich sie stellen konnte! Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Das hat mich als Dienstleister schwer beeindruckt! Findet man nur noch selten heutzutage! Die Duschwand war ein wenig schmal! Trübt den Aufenthalt allerdings keinesfalls!

Bis auf das wirklich ärgerliche bei Beschwerden hats gepasst. Wäre auch ok gewesen wenn wir wegen des geringfügigen Nachlasses - was eine Selbstverständlichkeit wäre - nicht uns nur Ausfüchte und abstruse Argumente anhören müsste. Bei der Ankunft, Abends (ca. 19.30) funktionierte die WC-Spülung nicht. Wir sagten dies beim Verlassen. Bei der Rückehr wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Spülung defekt sei und wir mögen zum Spülen die Dusche nehmen. Auf unser Bitten wurde uns ein Eimer gebracht, da alle Zimmer besetzt waren. Beim checkout entschuldigte sich die Rezeptionistin, erwiederte aber auf unser Frage bzgl. eines Preisnachlasses, dass dies nicht möglich sei, da wir über booking gebucht hätten und hier Gebüh-ren zu entrichten sind. Erst auf wiederholtes Drängen wurde ein 10% Nachlass gewährt. Darüber hinaus kein 4* Hotel. Absolutes no go!

auffallend war das äußerst zuvorkommende und freundliche verhalten der angestellten . das zimmer ästhetisch-funktional auf das wesentliche einer reise reduziert . kein firlefanz . hell . großzügig mit einer ausreichend großen arbeitsfläche . hier gibt es nichts was zu beanstanden wäre - lediglich die stühle des frühstücksraums könnten sich von zeitgemäßeren und bequemeren ablösen lassen .
