We liked everything . Location is very good in the heart of the city.Room was very comfortable with coffee table sofa and arm chair.There is kettle in room.If we be in Vienna we will choose that hotel.

The location is excellent. This is the primary reason why I booked the hotel and it did not disappoint. Breakfast is good and decent.

A simple, excellent hotel in a very central location and with very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Lack of lounge area, although it was not a major problem as we were out most of the time.

Location, Location, Location! A clean and comfortable room of good size in a well maitained establishment that offered one of the best selections of buffet breakfast that I have experienced on mainland Europe and right in the centre of town.The daytime reception staff were so very friendly and helpful and seemingly made every effort to make us as welcome and comfortable as possible. We were all extremely impressed!

The night porter was able to speak English very well but I suspect that night porters are a universal breed and found in most Hotels. After all, their task is to make certain that the security of guests is maintained but some are able to fulfil that task more courteously than others. On this ocassion we were unlucky but in no way was our experience spoiled and we will definitely return.

The Hotel is in the city center. It takes a 1 minute walk to the Stephansdom. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Very comfortable hotel in great reasonably quiet location by St Stephansdom Cathedral and Mozarthouse. Good value for money andvfriendly staff.

1. Location: Very close to St. Stephens Cathedral in the heart of Vienna. 2. Hotel Room: Single room perfect for my 5 night stay. 3. Desk staff: Friendly, helpful, accommodating. 4. Cleanliness: Room was always cared for by an attentive staff. 5. Breakfast Included: Excellent selection every morning. Superb staff. 6. Rate: A four-star hotel and a less-than-usual-four-star price.

Loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff and the clean and comfortable rooms.

As there was some work happening in the street adjacent to the hotel it was sometimes quiet noisy. I would hope that once this is completed it will be a lot quieter especially early in the morning.

It's a very comfortable place to stay for a couple of days and very Austrian. There was no noise of the roads and touristic routs!

The location is the best one, it is close to the St. Stephen's Cathedral. The Hotel's staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious. Thanks for everything:)

The rooms were comfortable and provided all I needed. Wifi worked well, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were accommodating and have no problem keeping luggage after check out.

It was strange that coffee in my room wasn't replenished after my first night. I found the cleaning to be a bit sub-par after my first night. Not enough to complain, but strange.

I really enjoyed the location, that was really in the heart of the city.

The quality of the hotel, including hotel facilities are quite old. Therefore the adequate star rating should be 3 star. And the price for this hotel was a bit higher than I imagine.
