The Spa and swimming pool were very nice, the staff at reception exceptionally professional and polite. There was only one restaurant functioning with only one or two choices of different courses, the bar was closed (what can you do in the evening when you are so far from anywhere).No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. |

excellente service und eine sehr freundliche atmosphare. Alles waren super und eine stelle wo wir uns sehr voll befunden haben. Wir haben überlegt ob wir genug geld hätten da zu wohnen. |

Zeer goede rustige ligging en toch dichtbij gelegen bij de stad Seefeld.Zeer netjes en ordelijk hotel,het ontbijt was fantastich, alsook het dinee. Zeker een aanrader. |

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam De kamers zijn zeer netjes. En in het hotel was het zeer rustig. Het eten was ook zeer goed verzorgd met genoeg keuze elke avond. Ook het spa-gedeelte zeer goed en rustig. Erg vervelend was de doorgaande vrij drukke weg voor het hotel.Dit gaf veel verkeerslawaai met open raam of deur en als je gebruik wilde maken van het balkon waar trouwens heerlijke (lig)stoelen stonden met lekker dikke kussens. |

sehr gute Küche und sehr aufmerksames Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich. Hallo, wir befanden uns auf der Hochzeitsreise, wie sie sehen hat es uns bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr gut gefallen. Hochspannungsmast, laute Straße gleich nebenan, wurden warscheinlich wegen unseres Alters im Behindertenzimmer untergebracht ?! Keine Bioprodukte, keine Außensauna, zu wenig Käse |

Die Ausstattung und Grösse der Zimmer sowie Balkon mit Sicht auf Bergen waren wirklich beindruckend. Die einzelnen Leistungen im Wellnessbereicht (Hotstone, Massage etc.) sind sehr teuer. |

das Essen (Viergang Menue) im Restaurant war stets perfekt und abwechslungsreich!; sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Zimmerservice, im Restaurant und an der Rezeption; Sauberkeit im Wellnessbereich erfüllt nicht immer die Erwartungen (Kristall-Dampfbad soll angeblich täglich entkeimt werden); das Ablassen des Wassers im Schwimmbad hätte vorher angekündigt werden können, damit man sich darauf einstellen und planen kann- so gab es eine Überraschung und das Schwimmen viel für einen ganzen Tag aus; Check out dauerte lange und wirkte unkoordiniert; |

Äußerst zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Ein fantastischer Spa und Sauenabereich, der alleine schon ein Aufenthalt wert ist. Werden wiederkommen. Das Essen ist mittelklasse. Servierregeln bei Mitarbeitern, aber trotzdem sehr bemüht. |

Uitstekende keuken en zeer attent personnel. Ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten? Het welnessgedeelte en zwembad zijn prachtig. Ligging zeer goed voor skiers met de skiliften op amper 100m van het hotel. Een absolute aanrader. |

Hotel di lusso. Camera molto grande e confortevole con vista panoramica. Prima colazione a buffet spettacolare. Zona saune buona e possibilità di utilizzarla anche il giorno della partenza pero' interamente al chiuso senza parte esterna o finestre. Musica o piano bar dopo cena. Posteggio auto al coperto. Il sabato sera cena "di gala" servita a tavola con porzioni piccole e poche portate: avrei preferito il buffet della sera precedente che proponeva un'ottima scelta di pietanze, primi, antipasti e dolci a volontà. Comunque l'hotel è ottimo. |
