The staff was incredible. The only concern we had was with the maid service. Once the maid did not empty the trash and once the maid took the extra key used to allow electricity into the room. Nothing too significant to cause concern. |

We liked everything, specially the food (breakfast and dinner), the swimming pool and of course all the facilities for relaxation. The hotel has a very good position if you like to have a peaceful vacation. |

Excellent Hotel, with great spa facilities , staff and surroundings For a 5 star hotel it would have been nice to have air conditioning / cooling in the room, especially when it is hot outside |

The Spa and swimming pool were very nice, the staff at reception exceptionally professional and polite. There was only one restaurant functioning with only one or two choices of different courses, the bar was closed (what can you do in the evening when you are so far from anywhere).No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, guter Service, sehr gutes Essen.sehr zu empfehlen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Taschen am Zimmer für den Wellnessbereich, was durchaus üblich ist in anderen Hotels |

ist wirklich ein schönes hotel, erste Klasse von der Ausstattung her, Mitarbeiter auch recht nett, jedoch sollte man eine Führung durch ein 5* Sterne Hotel bekommen beziell im Spa BereichSpa Bereich, speziell für Leute die noch nie da waren, ebenso die Einführung über den Essensbereich Leider nicht für solche Leute die kein Nackt baden in Spas oder Dampfbäder mögen... zu langweilig ansonsten... Essen entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen ausser jemand mag sein Steak blutdurch... Sind nach der 1 Nacht abgereist... Habe meine Medikamente vergessen und muss für die Nachlieferung selbst bezahlen, dass finde ich nicht in Ordnung, schon gar nicht für ein 5 * Sterne Hotel, habe selbst in höheren Klassen gearbeitet, und für mich ist das kein guter Service? Schwimmbadanlage im Bereich Ruhezone, war viel zu kalt für uns... geschweige nach dem Schwimmen |

Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal in allen Bereichen. Unser Zimmer (702), speziell das Badezimmer war für ein 5-Sternehotel viel zu klein (winzig). Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir dies nicht akzeptiert. Das Zimmer unserer Begleitpersonen war diesbezüglich okay. Der Rest war Top. |

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Die Saunalandschaft, der Poolbereich und Außenanlage sind perfekt abgestimmt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist einmalig schön. Der Eingangsbereich sieht durch die vorhandenen Parkplätze nicht sehr einladend aus. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die gesamte Lüftungsanlage im Hotel und auf den Zimmern nicht ausreichend ist. Das Zimmer war stickig und lüften durch öffnen der Balkontür hat nichts genutzt. Die angrenzende Straße ist sehr laut und stört erheblich beim schlafen. Die Freizeitinformationen und Serviceinformationen im Hotel sind nicht ausreichend. |
