all'arrivo in hotel volevano farci pagare un sovraprezzo di €20 al giorno per i bambini mentre nella mail era specificato che i bambini soggiornavano gratis. Dopo aver letto la mail la receptionist si è accorta di aver sbagliato e non ci ha fatto pagare il sovraprezzo |
