Its location was ideal for visiting Vienna Its interiorwas disappointing, only the stairs were of 3 star quality. The the rooms were poorly decorated/furnised lacked facilities you would normally expect e.g. hair dryer, hotel pack, a television that worked, adequate space/storage etc. Its The quality & tarrif is questionable and left me disappointed, and believe it let a wonderful city down |

The staff were nice and friendly. Nice breakfast. Yes, perhaps does not means a lot but when I checked out the lady from the front desk has asked me if I paid. I said yes because I god to payment confirmations from you. She said no, so finally I paid cash even I got the amount on hold. |

Location Fifth floor room (with no elevator from fourth to fifth floor), poor comfort in room (small, awkward shape). This did _not_ feel like a 4-star hotel. |

Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful. Our room was very small and |NO A/C, they had a fan in our our room to subsitute. Bathroom was dirty, hair in the floor & in shower stall. |

excellent placement, excellent breakfast The ladies who cleaned the room could have aloud us to leave our pijamas the way we left it. Arranging a little the room the way we like helps us feel more confortable |
