Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but little bit lacking of options. If you are prepared to walk a bit then the location is really good. Only short walk to metro etc. Something in room smelled for cigarette and we were not able to find the cause of it. |

Very welcoming and helpful reception. Good value breakfast with help yourself champagne if you wished [never seen that before anywhere I've stayed], a splendid gesture. Lovely spacious room [301], good sound proof windows but curtain needed to be refixed to the rail. [This is really the only minor fault I could comment on.] When we left our room we stored baggage in a lockable room and found on our return a battery charger we had forgotten to pack on top of our case - obvously put there by the maid. This was much appreciated. Altogether we had a splendid stay. |

The breakfast is one of the best that I've had at a Hotel yet. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room was very small and cramped. It was one of the smaller rooms that I've stayed at while traveling through Europe. The street outside was also very busy and loud, The website should have warned about that. The stay overall was a pleasant experience even with these issues. |

It was a very small room, but I expected that. Good size bathroom. Except for some stains on carpet, everything was very clean. Very good breakfast. Wi-fi worked without any problems. If you don't have a laptop, they have a computer and printer in the lobby. Location was great. Towels looked worn out. Having newer ones would be nice. Carpets could use some cleaning. |

The location is perfect for those who want to save some time and see more about the city! The stuff is polite and ready to help you! The breakfast was very tasty. Beds are comfortable so after a long walk in beautiful Vienna you may have a good rest!!! I would stay in this hotel one more time |

we did like the location, and the friendliness of the staff at the reception. we found it hard to believe that a 3 star hotel would not have an air condition. we arrived in August, it was fairly hot outside and the room temperature was unbearable. The size of the room is small, and we really did not know where to put the luggage. The room was really tiny. The worst thing was that at 7 am sharp there was really noisy construction work starting on the street, which even made it through the sound proof windows. All in all, a really bad hotel experience, and booking. com should have mentioned that there is no aircon and not apt for a stay during summer, also the rooms size should have been noted. |

A good deal for the money (65 euro). A clean hotel with friendly staff. Fair breakfast. People who enjoy going to the Naschmarkt would find hotel's location perfect. For those who need easy access to the city center would need to look at the map because the hotel is about 700 meters from the Opera, but you would need to find your way through streets. Bathrooms and rooms a tiny, but for the price you dont expect more. Another issue is noise. The hotel is located near few pubs and clubs and right besides a road. If your window is open at night you would be exposed to the city noise. I was upset about wi-fi connection. Reception was not regular and there were internet blackouts three-four times every hour. |

Central location and clean hotel. No air conditioning so we had to keep the windows open. Very loud on the street. Air conditioning should be installed in every room. |

Proximity to the city centre. Good breakfast. The location near the ring road meant that it was very noisy. The lack of air conditioning and the high temperatures demanded that the windows were open all night. The resultant traffic noise, resulted in little sleep. |

Our hotel was located in the theater district. We were within walking distance of many of the sites we were there to see. Unfortunately, we only had one day and night. The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location. |
