The location is perfect.

Location is very good. Market in front of Hotel is very interesting and useful.

Room is not large.

The location was perfect ( few bars next door) . The room was very clean and the breakfast good.

Please note that there is not air conditioning.

Good location. Near market, good restaurant and night club. Room for single accommodation is good. It has enough space.

No hairdryer in a room. I had to ask about it at the reception. Too noisy in a room with open window because of railways. And also you will hear a lot of noise from the hall in the morning. Door doesn't muffle it.

The hotel location is perfect! Close to Mariahilferstrasse (5 minutes walk), Karlsplatz metro station (5 minutes walk) and city center (10 minutes). Breakfast is great, considering it's free and you have to pay 15-20 EUR in most other hotels. Internet connection is good.

Beds are very hard, had back problems because of them. Walls are thin - you can hear everything from the next room. Hotel is kind of noisy in the morning when breakfast starts.

Excellent location. It took me 8 (eight) minutes of walking to come to the Opera

Great location for walking to most attractions in Vienna. Good breakfast and good value. Also we had a nice view along street.

Room a little on small side for 2 people but within European expectations.

Nothing in particular really! But if I had to say something, I'd say the absence of an armchair & the location of the light switches just above where the pillow is on the bed - so if one tried to prop oneself up in the bed to read, one kept putting the lights off.

Wonderful location! We did not use any public transport. The best in Vienna open market is just outside, a lot of eateries, pubs,open wine stores ets . The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast, even with sparkling wine. Our room was super clean and big. Very good hotel for it's range.

Lack of bath amenities in the bathroom. Only liquid soup!

Great location nearby city center, hotel with traditional Vienna flavor. Helpful and warm hotel staff.

Location close to the main tourist arteries and sites. There is an outstanding open market with decent local restaurants just across the street from the hotel. We are value conscience so paying a modest fee for modest hotel accommodations works for us. 10 minute walking distance to the Opera House. Under ground crosswalk available for crossing. Unit was modest but comfortable. Reasonably clean and no complaints. Breakfast buffet was above average. Highly recommended for the budget conscience.

Building and facilities are starting to show its age.

We were very happy with the hotel staff-very helpful.

We were unhappy about the breakfast assorment. Very basic. No toaster and only canned peaches available for fruit selection. There is a big open fruit & vegetable market right outside their door. They could serve wonderful fresh fruit assortment each morning. We actually had to go out to theis market to buy our own fruit.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money and budget-friendly hotel, which is ok if you are not looking for a luxurious vacation. Convenient location: city center is just 6-7 minutes walking distance. Museum quarter and shopping area can be reach in 5-6 minutes by walking. Karlsplatz Metro station is just 5 minutes away, which has connection with Wien Mitte station and Airport trains. Reasonable service and facilities. Small size rooms, but very clean. Breakfast is good. Recommended for short-stay vacations.

Size of single room is small, but it is ok if you are not going to stay the whole day at the hotel.

Very poor conditions. Very cold within the room and the bathroom does not even have a heating system.

Loved the location, so fantastic to walk everywhere. Train stations also really convenient. The breakfast was also wonderful (including champagne!). Nice simple clean affair. No fuss, comfortable stay.

- Smell of cigarettes in my room. Hotel staff need to make sure that smoking would not be allowed in any rooms. Had to use my perfum to kill the smell

The location! The market was just outside the door, and you can walk to the city centre in a short time.
