shabby room, inconvenient bathroom
Very nice hotel. The staff was really helpfull and polite. The breakfast, very good. And our room was spacious and comfortable with a great view to the street market! I already know where am i going to stay next time that i will be in Vienna.
The location was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and of course great vienniese fried eggs for breakfast :)
Poor Wifi coverage, no hairdryer in the rooms
location, staff, cleanliness, Free WiFi
Very good location, hotel and rooms are clean, friendly staff, breakfast was also good, WiFi speed was also good for austria hotels.
The third bed wasn't normal, it was a kind of folding bed, uncomfortable for my son with his 180 centimeters. Some of rooms facilities are old, but room was clean and warn enough
The hotel is in a great location, close to everything: the major sights of the city attractions, Maria Theresa Square, Fortress, St Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna State Opera House, shops, pharmacy, greengrocer, metro station, tram ... friendly staff, good breakfast, old hotel but clean
the beds are very hard and uncomfortable
The hotel is situated near subway station. Friendly and helpfull staff. Brekfast food choice.
Very good location, with nice breakfast.
The rooms are a bit older, but very comfortable.
This is a small, basic but comfortable, clean and friendly hotel in a safe district with good transport links a short walk from the front door (5 10 minutes by tube to the Messe Wien conference centre)
The staff on reception were very helpful and spoke excellent english.
Young Lady on eeception desk was so unpleasnt and nervous.
Location is excellent if you want to be in the city center. 10 minutes of walking from pedestrian zone (Opera).
All in all modest hotel but valuable for money.
Friendly staff; check-in available at 12 noon; easy and secure car parking; very close to city and sights; excellent breakfast. Very good value for money.
Price Location Breakfast Staff Hall decoration and the stairs to the bedrooms
decoration of the bedroom, no chairs bathroom was not well cleaned and the decoration was very poor with the sink cabinet damaged and light that didn't work. strange smell in the bedroom
The staff are very helpful and caring
The doors of the shower cabin were not properly fixed, much water leaked outside; no safe box
good breakfast, good staffs
smells of tobacco, noise, old key
Location and breakfasts were excellent. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The facilities were comfortable.
The noise from the next door room during the daytime. Sounded like renovations were being done.
great for the price good noise isolation with closed windows
poor wifi speed
1. Great location; 2. Friendly staff; 3. Single room is quite small, but located almost under the roof so the view is unbelievable.
Wi-Fi is slow; no hairdryer.
Great location. Nice room. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Good value for money.
No tea-making facilities in room. The shower would probably be a tight fit for anyone larger than petite. The lift doesn't go up to the top floor. Could be a bit noisy.
Good location and good value for money
Clean rooms, good breakfast, close to some major sights.
had a room on the first floor and could hear the underground.
There was absolutely no problems at all during my 2 day stay.
This is a Good hotel, not great and bordering on fair. The staircase is awesome and I am sorry that I didn't take a picture, 5 stories of spiral. Our room was on the top floor and I am pretty sure that it used to be some kind of storage area. Being on top was cool though, because the window opened to the roof and you had a great view.
Small elevator and a lot of steps to the fifth floor. I accidentally booked the night before we actually came into town and there was no help from them on that, my mistake, but it would have been nice to give me some kind of break.room was very stark and felt weird, like I said on the good side. ;)
