Location, room accommodations, desk service
Poor directions how to get to the hotel
Breakfast buffet was good.
Noisy room because of traffic below. Cramped conditions - double bed was pushed up against the wall. No place for suitcase. Lack of basic toiletries - e.g. no kleenex tissues!
Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean place with good breakfast
location breakfast comfortable bed
everything was ok
Nice friendly staff, across the street are the markets with lots of restaurants. Sites are walkable.
Bathroom shower is with small opening and a step down making it a little difficult.
We had an initial problem with our room which was dealt with straight away and we were given another room. The reception staff were particularly helpful during our stay.
The hotel is located walk distance of focal points of Wien. Ask silent room even you open the window in summer.
Because of the temperature of the room we had to open the window, so the street noise bothered us. The room needs air condition in summer.
Great value for money
Breakfast is OK OK
no AC (in July, 30C)
A good basic hotel at a fair price for Vienna. We particularly liked how close it was to the large market area. Used the range of interesting places to eat and wine bars in the market itself most evenings.
Hotel was a bit basic although spotlessly clean.
The location and the nice building. Staff were correct and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was good (but see comments in -).
While the rooms were clean, the rest of the hotel was a bit dirty and kind of oldish. In the mornings the noise from the hall was a bit annoying for a light sleeper like me (but it wasn't terrible). In the breakfast I never saw every item at the same time. It looked like they take some time to replace the empty trays. In general, I have the impression that it's not a great deal.
Cozy, in a centric and lively but not tourist-trap area.
Elevator does not reach top floor, no air conditioning.
near inner City, next to tube Station, view on Naschmarkt, excellent
the location was great. Wifi was good. hotel looked very nice from the outside
facitilites werent that good. THe room looked like a barracks and had only 1 window. We were 3 adults and 1 11 yr old child in one family room and it got too hot. there was also no way to get hot water for tea except by going downstairs everytime to get a jug. the breakfast was poor.
good location in the centre, friendly staff, public transport availability
noise and air pollution in rooms facing to the main street
No air condition
The hotel is located in a great place. Easy to see the rest of Vienna from the hotel via foot or public transportation. The breakfast was great. the staff are wonderful.
The market is across the street and is very loud early in the morning. The fifth floor is difficult to keep cool.
Location seems to be the only plus point.. Probably there must be good hotels in the same proximity and the same price. Though the staff was good..and nothing was that bad.. But if u r staying for long.. Not really a very comfortable choice!!
The toilet seat was a bit odd!! Too much of noise of the traffic outside.. Breakfast was nothing great.
great location by Naschmarket, large room immaculately clean. generous breakfast. Andy at front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, we felt welcome.
wifi signal was too weak to use.
Good location, walking distance from most important attractions
Small room, a bit outdated
Good location close to the center of Vienna. The breakfast menu was good.
Room cleaning is not good.
Location is excellent, good for overnight and few days stay.
not bad m but single room s wifi is poor
