Friendly staff; check-in available at 12 noon; easy and secure car parking; very close to city and sights; excellent breakfast. Very good value for money.
Price Location Breakfast Staff Hall decoration and the stairs to the bedrooms
decoration of the bedroom, no chairs bathroom was not well cleaned and the decoration was very poor with the sink cabinet damaged and light that didn't work. strange smell in the bedroom
The staff are very helpful and caring
The doors of the shower cabin were not properly fixed, much water leaked outside; no safe box
good breakfast, good staffs
smells of tobacco, noise, old key
Location and breakfasts were excellent. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The facilities were comfortable.
The noise from the next door room during the daytime. Sounded like renovations were being done.
great for the price good noise isolation with closed windows
poor wifi speed
1. Great location; 2. Friendly staff; 3. Single room is quite small, but located almost under the roof so the view is unbelievable.
Wi-Fi is slow; no hairdryer.
Great location. Nice room. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Good value for money.
No tea-making facilities in room. The shower would probably be a tight fit for anyone larger than petite. The lift doesn't go up to the top floor. Could be a bit noisy.
Good location and good value for money
Clean rooms, good breakfast, close to some major sights.
had a room on the first floor and could hear the underground.
There was absolutely no problems at all during my 2 day stay.
This is a Good hotel, not great and bordering on fair. The staircase is awesome and I am sorry that I didn't take a picture, 5 stories of spiral. Our room was on the top floor and I am pretty sure that it used to be some kind of storage area. Being on top was cool though, because the window opened to the roof and you had a great view.
Small elevator and a lot of steps to the fifth floor. I accidentally booked the night before we actually came into town and there was no help from them on that, my mistake, but it would have been nice to give me some kind of break.room was very stark and felt weird, like I said on the good side. ;)
We had really great stay in the hotel. Crew were 5 stars standarts, great location(in the city but away from the noise). Breakfast was lovely.
Facilities were a bit old, but it didnt metter.
Location, room accommodations, desk service
Poor directions how to get to the hotel
Breakfast buffet was good.
Noisy room because of traffic below. Cramped conditions - double bed was pushed up against the wall. No place for suitcase. Lack of basic toiletries - e.g. no kleenex tissues!
Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean place with good breakfast
The hotel is right next to Neumarkt, a very nice day-market where to buy different types of food and spices and a great night area where to have a drink and dinner. Staff of the hotel is very kind and in particular Franz who took care of us giving out advice of any kind (food, museums, transports, etc). He asked us about the need of an hairdryer: this is at the reception and given out at the check-in, so ask for it if the receptionist is not so good as Franz :-) The room was simple but comfy and breakfast is very good and complete. Bread is wow.
The only thing I would write here is that wifi does not work so well on the 5th floor or breakfast room. So possibly it means it works depending on where you are but overall is working quite well.
- distance to the Centre is acceptable, 15 minutes walk.
-very expensive price , more than 100 Euros/night -the building is not renovated -the personal very could - rooms are very old - the smell in the whole buiding is unpleasant
I like the location in the sense that its in the city center and very close to a lot of nice places including restaurants and train station.
I didn't like the fact that my room windows are directly opposite the rail lines. So it's a bit noisy sometimes, especially when the balcony door is opened.
location breakfast comfortable bed
everything was ok
Nice friendly staff, across the street are the markets with lots of restaurants. Sites are walkable.
Bathroom shower is with small opening and a step down making it a little difficult.
We had an initial problem with our room which was dealt with straight away and we were given another room. The reception staff were particularly helpful during our stay.
The hotel is located walk distance of focal points of Wien. Ask silent room even you open the window in summer.
Because of the temperature of the room we had to open the window, so the street noise bothered us. The room needs air condition in summer.
Great value for money
Breakfast is OK OK
