Location. It is rather good than not. Pleasant district, beautiful old buildings all around, pharmacy, cafes and magnificent italian restaurant (Roma) can be found very close. Metro station (line u6) is within 5- minutes walking range, tram station (trams 41, 42) is even closer. There is no direct connection with the city central part like Stephanplatz, but it can be easily reached due to Vienna good transport network. Wifi. It worked just fine all the time.

Furniture. It is old and old-fashioned. We occupied room 3 and there it looked rather ugly, absolutely not what booking.com photos showed. Bathroom equipment was more or less ok, but nothing modern as well. The only thing that cannot be blamed is bed, mattress was new and very comfortable, bedding was clear. By the way there was no washing machine though we did expect it to be. Water, heating. Both worked very strangely. Hot water did disappear sometimes, heating was on and off on its own without any control from our side - as a result it was cold inside the apartments while the weather outside was like 0...+5c.

Location, kitchen equipment, silence and comfort

It was a very large apartment, well compartmentalized and nicely furnished. The internet ran ok with multiple hotspots to choose from. The twin bathrooms were also a nice touch.

The parquet floor is a bit swollen and walking around the house tends to "shake" everything. Not a hassle, except in the mornings when the "early bird" ends up waking everyone up by walking around.

Good location for our purposes - close to our conference meetings and easy access to city centre for sightseeing - there was also a fruit and vegetables market 2 min walk from our place which was nice. Easy check-in and check-out - just pick up the keys from safe.

We didn't have hot water one evening and contacted support about it - they fixed it on next day. Our neighbours run every evening after 10 pm loundry machine and there was a big noise because of it at our place (our apartment and their had common pipes). We contact the support about it, they promised it wont happened, but it actually did. Our bathroom remains wet all the time because of the bad position of the water drain.

It was spacious and clean

Location and public transport available nearby. Helpful cleaning lady.Very clean apartment.Comfortable bed with good bedding. Shower very efficient. Lift.

Lacking in some basic necessities and some housekeeping issues- like no tea cloths, or table linen, no light bulbs in 3 places, windows that didn't catch to stay open, dishwasher not cleaned - glass and paper blockage, broken blind pull. Generally a feeling of old and tired furniture - tatty coffee table, wobbly wardrobes, shabby sofa and worn kitchen surfaces. Mis- matched cutlery and some kitchen items in poor condition, only wine glasses no everyday glasses. We never found the 'water boiler' as specified on the listing. We did notice the huge ugly boiler on the wall above the tv in the sitting area though! In fact all the other pictures on the website looked nicer than this. When asked by email, from the owner if it was all ok and would we pay them in the morning at 9am, we responded politely with a list of several of these minor issues, thinking they would put some things right for us during the day. Wrong. They sent the cleaner for the payment and totally ignored our email, with no issues sorted either. A 100euros would have soon sorted out the missing items and instantly made it feel a more inviting place to stay. We were just glad it was such a clean place, which made it bearable for 4 nights.

The cleanest apartment, very spacious and bright. Everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, fan, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi Internet, tv etc.) - every thing you may need was there! The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend to stay there and plan to visit them again soon!

There is no reception, so you should call them before you come to receive the keys.

Понравилось все, за исключением отсутствия парковок, но это Вена.

Как уже сказал - отсутствие парковки у отеля.

Ресепшена нет. При подтверждении регистрации на почту получаете код от входной двери и код от почтового ящика, где лежит ключ от номера. Чувствуете себя при этом Шерлоком Холмсом :)

Стоимость уборки не включена в стоимость отеля, и составляет +35 евро к стоимости номера. Номер 4 прокурен, дверь в ванную не закрывается, old school обстановка из мебели.

Хотела се намира на много добро място във Виена, близко до спирка на метро и автобус. Идеален за отправна точка за разглеждане на този чудесен град.

Posizione centrale e vicinanza metro e tram. Buon livello di pulizia. Zona tranquilla e possibilità di trovare (con un po' di ricerca) un parcheggio gratuito.

Dettagli migliorabili (dotazione stoviglie cucina "minima")

Skvělá poloha, soukromí, klid, hezke prostorné ubytováni, dobra vybavenost.

Velke problémy s parkovanim.

Lage

Schlechte Organisation des Appartment Betriebs: Zunächst wurden wir vom gebuchten Edelhof-Appatment in ein anderes Appartment der Firma zwangsverlegt. Zur vereinbarten Ankunftszeit war dann niemand da. Das Appartzment schaut in einen finsteren Hinterhof. Das selbe Geld in einem Wiener Dreisternhotel investiert bringt mehr Gegenleistung.

Aprtament foarte mare ( aproximativ 80 mp) si dotat cu absolut tot ce este necesar. Zona linistita nu foarte departe de centru.

Parcarea nu este in administrarea hotelului. Este publica si daca nu ai noroc sa prinzi un loc .....cu noroc gasesti dupa vreo 2 ore si la cateva strazi.... groaznic.

die Wohnungen sind sehr unterschiedlich in Ausstattung, jedoch ziemlich gleich im Preis

sehr nette Leitung schöne und saubere Zimmer Ausstattung: Mikrowelle, Herd, Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschine, Kühschrank mit Tiefkühlfach

wir blieben 7 Nächte, und wollten die eigene Küche benutzen, leider gab es überhaupt keine Gewürze, was die Möglichkeiten sehr einschränkte (unser dort gekauftes Salz haben wir dort gelassen, für die Nächsten)

L'appartamento è disposto bene, spazioso e soprattutto ben pulito. E' comodo alla metropolitana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie a Booking ed alla proprietaria dell'hotel.
