La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment excellente : il se trouve à 5 mn à pied de la vieille ville, à 2 mn à pied des bords de la rivière - la chambre était très propre. Il n'y a pas de gardien de nuit : donc il na faut surtout pas oublier sa clef si l'on sort le soir ; c'est peut-être un peu juste pour un 3 étoiles ! |

L'accueil est formidable. La proximité avec le centre ville pittoresque et le très joli cadre qui entour l'hôtel. éVidemment le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. |

La proximité du centre historique, le cadre de la chambre(vues sur la montagne) le petit parking tranquille. l'accueil en français Pas de restauration le W.E. ( nous y étions justement à ce moment-là !) |

Propreté de l'hôtel accueil du personnel / chambre très spacieuse.Bonne situation par rapport à la ville. le parking qui se résume à 3 places et qui donc est systématiquement plein. |

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, both times two weeks. The hotel is near the old town and the city center. Good bus connections from the airport/railwaystation, (bus D from the railwaystation). Single room was nice. A window in a bathroom. Very friendly staff and manager, good service, peaceful hotel. One corner in the room would need new painting, but the roomprice is so low that one can not ask more comfort in a room, |

The hotel has a good location, near the old town. You can have a map of Insbruck from the reception and you receive guidance. The breakfast was OK. If you have the room to the street it might be a little noisy. |

The room was a nice size. The elevator was large and comfortable. It was very well located, only a 5 or 10 minute walk from the Altstadt, and 10- 15 minutes to the Hungerberg tram (to the top of the mountain and the Alpenzoo). Free parking located just down the street at their other location-- very close, but not exactly "on site". Breakfast was nice, but not outstanding. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is an outstanding Indian restaurant across the street. The room was neat, but not clean. The floors were dusty, the sheets had holes in them, the shower door was covered in soap scum. Had to keep the windows closed at night due to street noise. Restaurant was overpriced, so we didn't eat there. |

Friendly hotel stuff, beeing in the center of the city, clean bathroom,... Opposite the hotel is very close another house so our room was quite dark but there are many other rooms at the hotel which are not dark at all. |

not much the rooms are small, halls are dirty and have an old smell. the view is terrible. Hotel is rated as 3 stars while it should be rated as 1 or 2 stars at best. |

la pulizia e la posizione vicina al centro la mancanza della visione dei programmi televisivi italiani. Mi risulta che si riceve(Rai Uno) dalla parte opposta:centro e zona trampolino, mentre nella zona dell'albergo Engl non è visibile.(?) |

Preis und Leistung waren sehr gut und das Hotel sehr familienfreundlich. Das Bett war aber eine mittlere Katastrophe, denn man konnte den Federkern durchspüren. |
