Friendly reception,varied breakfast--served with tea/coffee. Short walk to old part of town. Parking convenient and safe.

The breakfast had a good selection.

For some people it may look away from the centre of town but it is actualy just a short pleasant walk over the river.

Very clean, large rooms. Location is just a short walk to old town and there is a great park on the way to the old town that my two young boys loved!

My bedroom faced a noisy road. I didn't like the fact that the breakfast room allowed dogs. I suspect there are no no-smoking rooms; my bedroom smelt faintly of cigarettes (I am a non-smoker).

The location was fantastic and the breakfast good.

The staff was a bit short, parking was a 5 min walk and wifi had a fee and was difficult to use. Facilities a but run down and it has VERY thin walls.

Comfy and clean room, free secure parking and good location for walking into the centre of the town in less than 10 minutes.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated in a picturesque location with excellent views. The room was clean and comfortable.

Family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre of Innsbruck with a small supermarket close by. It has a parking area and also a basement garage where I was able to leave most of my skiing equipment safely in the car. The room was very clean.

My room was on the first floor just above the main entrance . The road is very close and noisy but with the windows closed hardly any.traffic noise could be heard.

I did not like the breakfast. they prepare it for a few person but there are many person there. People should wake up early to find something to eat.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The triple room was great: clean, very nice shower, enough space. The breakfast buffet was good: quite some variation of food.

One of the beds was a bit to soft.

Breakfast was good, the room was nice and clean. The bathroom was really big.

They charge for internet in a time basis. This shouldn't happen anymore, when you're travelling is when you need Internet the most.

The staff was rather friendly. The rooms are small but pretty comfortable. A free parking is a bonus.

Basically we couldn't see anything but a wall in front of our window. There parking is free but it is not convenient to park for the period of check in, as there is too liitle space in front of the hotel.

This Hotel was better than anticipated. We expected a decent, conveniently located tourist hotel and given its history that it would be well run. Something like our Quality Inns in the usa. It was better! We stayed in the main hotel. Although we did not drive we felt that the parking lots and on-street parking seemed to be accessible. It was spotlessly clean, the room while small was well-appointed, had a nice large closet, a desk at which we could do computer work, a lovely view of the mountains from our window, a very nice bathroom and shower with ample large towels. Computing costs were modest and the signal was strong. The beds and bedding were wonderful....clean, more comfortable than our own at home, the blankets were fiberfill and felt like feather beds. I saw comments by others that the double bed is actually comprised of two mattresses and that is true, but was not an issue. We walked everywhere in town for our touring, including the funicular station for a trip to Hungerhof and the Alpenzoo...a must see view of the city and opposing mountains. It was overcast part of the time so we did not go up to the very top stations. We found a wonderful wooden covered bridge over the Inn River that was beautiful to photograph and was very near to the hotel. Breakfasts were amazing! Kiwi, figs, eggs, bacon, rolls and breads of all kinds, sliced meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffees, teas, it was a significant meal. The staff were lovely, spoke rather good English but accommodated me to use my modest German when requested and I enjoyed that a lot. Btw, there is a short walking/biking bridge "left" of the hotel that takes one to the city faster than the main bridge, the Inn Bridge....we would advise visitors to ask about this as it is a shorter walk. I would hesitate to take it at night however as it is dark and has little traffic then.

It was quite a bit further from the rail station than we anticipated but cab fares from and to were reasonable and on a metered system, costing about 6 Euros. It was an easy walk to the tourist area and to the stations for the excursions up the mountain. Innstrasse is a connecting street between an incoming main road and the downtown area and there are some who might find auto traffic to be noisy in the late evening or early morning as people come to work. As city folk this was not an issue to us and we slept with windows open enjoying the fresh Fall air.
