Very friendly and efficient check in with no fuss. Excellent room with all necessary amenities plus a little bit extra something. Restaurant is first class with hepful and efficient service and the food is top quality. Not really a complaint but it is not well signposted and easy to miss in the dark.

Outstandingly friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room, convenient parking, overall feeling of comfort and being cared for. Probably a short term inconvenience, the smell of the new stone pine furniture was a bit strong, had to leave the window open not to be overwhelmed by it.

Rundum zufrieden, Aufenthalt war aber leider zu kurz, um weitere Beurteilung abgeben zu können. Zimmertemperatur: gut gemeint, aber speziell in den Nachtstunden viel zu hoch eingestellt; aber vielleicht war nur die Temperaturregelung defekt.

alles bis auf siehe unten , ganz besonders der Wellness-bereich kein Mülleimer im Zimmer (leider nur im Bad), großer Spiegel im Zimmer wäre toll, Schade, dass wir um 21.15 nichts mehr zu essen bekommen haben, obwohl andere Gäste noch bei der Suppe waren

Der Service durch die älteren, fest angestellten Mitarbeiter war gut. Das Thermal-Sole-Bad war sehr gut. Die Küche des Restaurants war gut, jedoch nicht diejenige für die Pensionsgäste. Herrlicher Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf die Berge. Das Hotel beschäftigt sehr viele Auszubildende, deren Leistung teilweise nicht gut war. Während der Mahlzeiten wurde bereits für die nächste Mahlzeit eingedeckt, was sehr störte. Nachts brummte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer so laut, dass wir Ohropax verwenden mußten. Die Bewohner der Zimmer im alten Hotelgebäude (Bewohner) müssen im Bademantel durch die Hotelhalle oder durch die Garage (!) laufen, um zum Thermal-Sole-Bad zu gelangen.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit sehr guter Küche/Restaurant, beste, zentrale aber ruhige Lage mit kostenloser Garage. Leider ist der Schlaftrakt etwas hellhörig, Z.B. die WC-Spühlung, Wasserhähne und Dusche sowie nicht ausreichende Trittschallisolierung unter den Holzfossböden.

Das Zirbenzimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet, neu und einfach super. Die Cocktails an der Bar sind klasse und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und um den Gast bemüht. Ich komme gerne wieder

Es ist erfreulich, dass ich meinen Hund mitnehmen konnte und er auch mit uns zum Essen gehen durfte, was nicht überall der Fall ist. Daher werde ich sie auch meinen Hunde-Freunden weiterempfehlen. Dies ist nur ein Punkt - es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und Aussicht auf die Berge - trotzdem mitten in der Kleinstadt Bad Aussee, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten eines Wellnesshotels und ausgezeichneter Küche - was willst du mehr? Der unterirdische lange Gang zum Thermal-Schwimmbad war ungeheizt!
