They were very accommodating, they allowed us to change rooms due to some noisy children & made our honeymoon stay a delight, also has a great breakfast, we will defiantly return. |

This hotel has very good location with respect to room rate. City centrum and historical places are reachable in 15-20 min by walking or 2 min by metro. Helpful reception members, clean rooms equipped with all facilities you need. |

Room is well-designed & very clean, breakfast was delicious with a selection of organic items - as I was there for New Years, they even offered sparkling wine as part of the breakfast buffet! The staff are very nice and helpful and there's also free internet. No complaints, in fact it was a very pleasant surprise that it was so nice. |

THe staff was very frienly and polite, so I really enjoyed the staying. The breakfasts were excellend. And the hotel is 8 minutes walking disctace to Vienna main shopping streets and attractions. Liked it very much |

Everything. It is within walking distance of all the Historical Districts and Christmas Markets. Hotel is beautiful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. I chose this hotel by the rewiews written and was not dissapointed. |

Nice and comfy room, with all important facilities including free WiFi (however very low signal in my room). Excellent location (close to the Opera). Helpful staff, great breakfast (not included in the price!). Overall excellent value for money. |

Hotel staff are very kind and provided any support in a timely manner. Hotel location is also very good with one minute walk to the street car stop and 3 minutes walk to the metro station. |

A very well run hotel, with most helpful staff. The room was pleasantly furnished and decorated, and had a very necessary electric fan, as the temperatures were high during our stay. Breakfasts were extra, but were very good. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice, where the food and service were of a high standard. |

We think the breakfast is excellent - one of the best and most comprehensive to be found. This was our second stay. The location just outside the Ringstrasse, near Karlsplatz gives easy and quick access to central Vienna. Trams a little noisy early in the morning |
