Hotel Erzherzog Rainer

Dette er et hyggelig hotell, sentralt beliggende, ikke for mye trafikkstøy, hyggelig betjening og med solid frokost. Ikke noe stess og mas med bæring av vesker og kofferter og med handa fremme for å motta driks. Vær obs på at det er et annet hotell som heter Rainer. Vår taxi sto og ventet ved feil hotell da vi skulle til flypassen. Hotellbetjeningen viste utmerket service for å løse problemet.

Ikke noe annet enn at alternativene nedenfor under pkt 4 med ungt par/eldre par er knepigt for et par som ikke oppfatter seg som eldre, men som andre ikke oppfatter som ungt par? Så her bør dere forbedre dere.

Hotel staff are very kind and provided any support in a timely manner. Hotel location is also very good with one minute walk to the street car stop and 3 minutes walk to the metro station.

The location to visit Vienna was perfect.

The installation of an airco in the rooms is necessary.

Great location, with close by metro and trolly lines. Lot's of elegant charm with an old world feel. Beautifully maintained.

A very well run hotel, with most helpful staff. The room was pleasantly furnished and decorated, and had a very necessary electric fan, as the temperatures were high during our stay. Breakfasts were extra, but were very good. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice, where the food and service were of a high standard.

We think the breakfast is excellent - one of the best and most comprehensive to be found. This was our second stay. The location just outside the Ringstrasse, near Karlsplatz gives easy and quick access to central Vienna.
