Bra service och mycket trevlig personal. Rena och trevliga rum. En glad överraskning väntade på rummet i form av god österrikisk choklad. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell med bra läge, hjälpsam personal och bra pris för ett mycket trevligt hotell. Dyr frukost och ej värd de 15 euro den kostade. Istället finns trevliga små kaffebarer i närheten med god frukost till rimligt pris. |

eftersom jag besökte släktingar i Wien och endast sov på hotellet kan jag inte uttala mig om maten och sevicen Nej, eftersom jag inte vistades där annat än på natten, för min del var allt ok. |

Hotel staff are very kind and provided any support in a timely manner. Hotel location is also very good with one minute walk to the street car stop and 3 minutes walk to the metro station. |

A very well run hotel, with most helpful staff. The room was pleasantly furnished and decorated, and had a very necessary electric fan, as the temperatures were high during our stay. Breakfasts were extra, but were very good. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice, where the food and service were of a high standard. |

We think the breakfast is excellent - one of the best and most comprehensive to be found. This was our second stay. The location just outside the Ringstrasse, near Karlsplatz gives easy and quick access to central Vienna. Trams a little noisy early in the morning |

Located just off the Ring at Oper, this hotel's location provides a perfect starting point for exploring the city and enjoying the abundant cultural amenities of Vienna. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the elegant accommodations provide great value for the money. Their graciousness in storing luggage while one travels away from Vienna is a huge plus. The breakfast feast (15 euros, not included in the room price) is sumptuous and good value for the money, but we found it hard to eat enough to justify such a costly start to our day. Internet connection by ethernet, an additional 8 euros for 24 hours, seems unnecessarily complicated in these days of wireless everywhere. |
