交通方便，离旅游景点和购物景点都比较近，早餐不错，暖气可自调温度。左侧有个连锁小超市，超市对面有个台- 湾人办的中餐馆，可以吃到云吞面，套餐饭等，价钱不贵。挨着中餐馆的西餐馆也不错，有百年历史自酿啤酒，做- 的烤猪排骨和烤鹅等味道很好，价钱也不贵。

酒店早餐环境好，早餐质量不错。交通方便。

Professionals behind the counter and staff. Although the room was just a single and often singles are mentioned as being in tight quarters, my room was just fine. 4th floor. I asked for quiet and got an inside room. Views were of other rooms and with the windows open, one could almost see into them! I might ask for an outside room next time. Fan was provided. Room seemed to be newly renovated. A 20 minute walk to St. Stephans, 5 minutes to the NaschtMarket, a short taxiride to Belvedere. Nice breakfast buffet. Elegant Old Hotel. Safe for single female travelers. High recommendations from me.

Not a complaint - As compared to other dinners in Germany, the pork snitzel was served rather plain, but was still good. I ate on the outside front deck.

I liked the breakfast very much, the cleaness of our room and the friendly stuff.

My friends had some problems with reception while checking out: one of us desited to join out trip later and there weren't any free rooms in Erzherzog Rainer, so he booked a hotel in neighbourhood and had just breakfast with us. The reception guy bawled my friends with accusation they have been sleeping three people together and they have to pay for it. He was extremly unfriendly with his wrongful accusation.

The hotel is situated very close to the outdoor food market (Nachmarkt) and close to the old town district. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable for Europe.

I booked a double room for two people for two nights but the first night my husband did not join me. I asked them to adjust the bill (they usually charge an extra 20 euros for the breakfast buffet) but they said they could not. Most other hotels I have stayed at would have been more accommodating in this aspect. The double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together and was too soft. Also, you will need to bring your own hairdryer as the one they provide doesn't work very well.

They are in the process of updating their elevators, which were noisy snd could be heard in our room.

The Viennese restaurant offered authentic Austrian food and relaxed informal atmospher. Rooms old fashioned but clean

In need of a revamp, the decore is tired. A fan is required in the bathroom as a faint unpleasant smell! No facilities for tea or food after 11pm.

Hotel Rainer was well located for my meeting requirements and transport by U-Bahn. The staff were friendly, attentive and provided service as requested. Very positive experience.
