La veduta sul Lago. La stanza molto grande. Tutti gli accessori richiesti erano disponibili. I balconi di piccole dimensioni. |

The view over the lake was outstanding. Difficult to find, not very well signposted especially from the basement car park.I had to ring the hotel reception for directions! |

We espeacially like Hotel Esplanade's location. It's right on the lake and it's also close to a tram stop. We definitely has a really good view of lake traunsee from our room. |

The room was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. The room temperature was too hot, even with the radiators turned off. The room was on the street side and with the window open there was noise on a Friday night until 3:00 in the morning. Both Friday and Saturday morning the deliveries started at 6:00. No doubt the rooms on the lake side were quieter and the view much better, but your website did not make it clear how to book them. |

Views from room - paid extra for lake view. Insufficient information about accessing hotel after hours. For price charged, breakfast could have been better. |

Had to pay extra for parking. Reception was not 24 hours. Breakfast was ok not great. View from our room was bad. The balconies in the photos look bigger than they are in real life. Not really worth the cost. Other hotels in the area were cheaper and just as nice. |

a szálloda elhelyezkedése, a szoba megfelelő mérete, berendezésének állapota, tisztasága A szálloda bejárata kissé nehezen található meg, nincs megfelelően kitáblázva. Nincs naponta törülközőcsere. |
