The hotel itself is strictly non-smoking, but everyone (including staff) will smoke at the doorstep, so guests will still have to pass through a smoke corridor.
This doorstep might also be straight under your balcony (as it was in our case...).
The railway line sees heavy cargo traffic, also at night. Even with closed windows you will hear that.
Our room had a musty smell, the kind of smell you will also find in ski storage cellars.
Breakfast has some room for improvement: coffe was lukewarm at best.
This place presents itself as a Youth Hotel, but most guests are well in their 30s and 40s.
We are a 50-plus couple and we never felt out of place either.
Price is OK and location is convenient, right opposite the railway station.
If you'll miss your train you'll have no excuses!
