Super ophold på hotellet. Exceptionel kundeservice af især personalet i receptionen, men også af det øvrige personale i restaurant og bar. Nydeligt og velholdt hotel og venligt/imødekommende personale. |

Spa-Bereich incl. Pool-Benutzung, alles sehr sauber, Haartrockner und Duschgel Bereitstellung selbst im Spa. Menü-Karte ließ wenig Auswahl.-Ansonsten aber gut. |

Fantastisk personal, den är sällan jag blir imponerad av folk med serviceyrken pga av att de sällan förstått att de jobbar med service, men i detta fall blev jag väldigt glatt överraskad över hur tillmötesgående faktiskt all personal var. Från de som serverade frukostbuffén till receptionist, management etc. Övrigt kan nämnas att rummen var ordentligt tilltagna i storlek. Dubbelsängar som ej gick att dra isär i ALLA rum, passade ej vårt konferenssällskap på sju herrar... |

Die Zimmer waren überheizt. Man kann zwar den Heizkörper abdrehen, nicht aber die Bodenheizung. Die Nächte waren deshalb sehr schweißtreibend und wenig erholsam. |
