Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und umsichtig! Dienstag und Donnerstag nachmittag nur Damensauna bis 17h, mein Begleiter mußte bis 17h warten! Temperatur vom Hallenbad hätte ich mir, weil Thermalwasser; wärmer vorgestellt! |

De service door het personeel was fantastisch. Alle medewerking om de skivakantie een groot succes te laten worden. Door mijn werk reis ik veel en kom dus in vele hotels maar deze service had ik nog niet zo goed meegemaakt! |

I servizi che vengono proposti durante la giornata Non ho assolutamente gradito il fatto che, dovendo rientrare in italia un giorno prima per motivi di salute del bambino di 2 anni, ho dovuto pagare interamente il costo del soggiorno non usufruito. Sarebbe stato molto più commerciale rilasciarmi un buono per il prossimo soggiorno (sono loro cliente da 15 anni)! |
