The rooms are very clean and the hotel's location ideal, as the bus station is right across the street. The staff is also very friendly and I liked the fact that breakfast was really good and included in the price. Nothing special, but there should be a toilet brush in the bathroom! |

Everythin! Exelent staff, nice rooms, the arcitecture, new but outside in 1930s style. The beds were very good. AC silent. The internet (cable, ask at reception) was the best I have experienced in any hotel outside Scandinavia!!! Very fast and reliable, not as in France, Belgium or some other countries in EU with extremly marginal internet connections. Good connections to city centre (when found out) with bus 74 A, even if it a nice walk as well. Actually nothing, except that it was raining in Vienna most of the stay. This is, however, not to blame on the Hotel! I suppose I will never have the good price again if I write this good review. |

Convenient location out of the main tourist area, close to bus and subway, plenty of restaurants and shops, 25 minute walk to old town. Excellent breakfast, modern hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms face a noisy main street and windows really have to be kept closed. Air conditioning in room functioned poorly. |

Rooms were very roomy, staff pleasant, hotel a very good value. Although generally well located, and the subway within walking distance, we always had to use the public transportation as really nothing is within walking distance. That being said, the public transportation is excellent and all of the main sites were within 20 to 30 minutes. |

The stylish and contemporary room was comfortable, with all the amenities we wanted in our stay in Vienna. Easy jump onto the bus outside of hotel. The bathroom could have been more private. |

The exterior of this hotel does not look impressive but is located in an excellent neighborhood and about 25 minute walk to Stephen Platz. The room is quite spacious and fully equiped and in beautiful conditions. The bath is a little tight but has a great overhead drench shower. Breakfast buffet has nice service and selections. I would definitly stay there again given the right price. The exterior look so dated even though it is quite new. Try a new paint color please! The airconditioning is on the weak side, but the window can be opened to get more fresh air. The room really can use a nice sofa to relax on without having to lie down in bed to watch TV. |

Very comfortable, clean, nice design. Good location, bus stop in front of the hotel. There were not an actual restaurant in the hotel, only a tapas bar. But there are some nice restaurants nearby. |

Location,staff,great breakfast No phone book. The staff had to go on line to get the reservation number for Austrian Airlines. The number they gave me did not contain the right number of digits. Very poor for an International Hotel Chain. |

The receptionist on check-in was very friendly and professional!!! The hotel seems to be run by a Spanish manager and most of the employees are Spanish as well, which is unique for Vienna. The hotel has been thoroughly designed in a modern look with zebra wood design elements, glass doors, flat-screen TV etc. The hotel also features a tapas bar on the ground floor. |
