スタッフは丁寧で優しかった。バス停がすぐに目の前にあって、VIENNAカードを持っていれば非常に便利であった。空港までのCATに乗るにもミッテ駅まではバスで行けるので便利であった。 バスタブがなかったことぐらい。でも、これは習慣の違いで不自由ではなかった。 |

何より新しく出来たばかりなのでまだ全てがきれい。歯磨き粉、シャンプーは持参したほうが無難。長く滞在するにはお風呂がないので日本人にはどうでしょうか。 便座や洗面がちょっと高かったので、子供用に踏み台があったら嬉しいです。 |

新しく現代的なつくりで快適でした。また、ベッドメーキングなどのためのチップを受け取らなく、他のホテルとは異なり好感がもてた。 お風呂のバスがなくシャワーのみであった。使用したコップなど翌日交換しないときがあった。 |

The Room was excellent, including free internet. 1) Towels where not changed, I had to ask for changing Towels. 2) Breakfast can be improved. 3) TV only 1 news channel in English. |

rooms were modern and clean Since it was only newly refurbished. there was no room service available. dissapointing. also there was no Tea and coffee facitities in the room . so when you come back late at night from working . a nice cup of teas would be great ....no chance... there were no Irons availble for us to use and the ones they gave us were broken... this is not a 4star hotel. there was no business centre. |

The staff were very friendly and coped with my australian phrases and helped my hungarian friends feel at ease. Parking should be included in tariff. |

The looks of the room. The low prices of the minibar. The breakfast was OK. It was very hot everywhere, also in the room. There was no way to lower the temperature, except opening the window to the noisy streeet. In the lobby/breakfast room it was also very hot. The staff said the coul dnot shcnage that. The lighting was much too bright, espcecially at night the bar did not look inviting. They played a cd by the band Opus continually. I hate Opus. |
