部屋がきれいだった． １．部屋の金庫が前の宿泊客用に設定されていたようで，暗証番号の変更を御願いしたが，業者に言わないと分- からないと言ってフロントスタッフは来てくれなかった．２．部屋は思ったより狭く，ダブルルームに二人で宿- 泊したが荷物を広げると歩くスペースに困った．風呂もバスタブ，歯ブラシ，シャンプー，リンスはなく，シャ- ワージェルと石けんだけ．３．こちらでは当然なのかも知れないが，タオルや布団のシーツを毎日新しいものに- するという事はなかった．その代わり，チップは持って行く日と，持って行かない日があった．４．地理的には- ，地下鉄の駅と駅の間で，バスを利用しなければ少し歩く．また．本当に賑やかな中心地からは少し離れており- 地下鉄での移動が必要．ホテル周辺はどちらかというと地元民が生活するための店が多い．飲み屋も食事，飲み- 屋も少し行けば見つかる．危険という感じはしないが，深夜の出歩きはあまりお勧めはしない．５．初めてウィ- ーンへ行って，中世ヨーロッパのお城に泊まるような旅行をイメージしているなら別のホテルがベター． |

スタッフがホスピタリティー精神旺盛で、滞在中の接客姿勢にも何ら問題なし。他ユーザーのレビュー通りのサ- ービス品質の高さであり、子供も含めて快適に過ごせた。朝食会場ではスタッフがマメに宿泊客を気遣っていた- のも、好感が持てた。フロントスタッフもテキパキ動き、プロ意識高い。 地下に9台分の駐車場があるが、地上階から降りるスロープが狭く、注意が必要かも。（スタッフはこの点を認- 識しており、事前に目視確認させてくれた点は評価したい。） |

清潔で快適でした。特にバスルームが使いやすかったです。バス停がまん前にあり、観光するにもロケーション- が良く便利でした。朝食は品揃えも豊富で、美味しい。 レストランのメニューで、品数が少なく選ぶものが少ない。 |

ホテルの方の対応もとても良かったです。空港から市内までのエクスプレスが到着するMitteから、ホテル- の目の前までバスがあり、大変便利です。Mitteまでは歩くことも可能です。 |

レセプションの女性スタッフは英語、スペイン語、ドイツ語を駆使して親切で丁寧、素早い対応で大変素晴らし- かったです。その他レストランの女性の対応も明るく親切でウイーン滞在を楽しいものにして呉れました。 |

ホテル自体は新しくてきれいだが、宣伝文句の"ウィーン・ミッテ駅に至近"ではない。歩こうと思えばあるけ- るが。夜中についたので苦労した。またスタッフには対応にかなり差がある。 |

スタッフは丁寧で優しかった。バス停がすぐに目の前にあって、VIENNAカードを持っていれば非常に便利- であった。空港までのCATに乗るにもミッテ駅まではバスで行けるので便利であった。 バスタブがなかったことぐらい。でも、これは習慣の違いで不自由ではなかった。 |

何より新しく出来たばかりなのでまだ全てがきれい。歯磨き粉、シャンプーは持参したほうが無難。長く滞在す- るにはお風呂がないので日本人にはどうでしょうか。 便座や洗面がちょっと高かったので、子供用に踏み台があったら嬉しいです。 |

新しく現代的なつくりで快適でした。また、ベッドメーキングなどのためのチップを受け取らなく、他のホテル- とは異なり好感がもてた。 お風呂のバスがなくシャワーのみであった。使用したコップなど翌日交換しないときがあった。 |

helpfull staff, modern design, free internet in the room, well heated, good breakfast with espresso not the usual filtered coffee, 5 minutes walk to the underground station and 5 minutes from there to the centre or shopping street. the entrance to the garage is very narrow. it is difficult to enter with a compact car or anything larger. |

Excellent reception staff, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious and the F+F quite new. Excellent location. The room was not 100% clean (a bit of dust here and there). This was just a very small hitch on an otherwise perfect hotel experience |

Clean and well-designed rooms with all necessary staff needed, friendly personnel, good breakfast, quiet hotel. To leave 10€ guarantee for the Internet cable, when hotel has copied my CC feels a bit strange. |

Pleasent athmosphere in a central location in Vienna, with a well trained and friendly staff. The Garage under this Hotel, is absolutely unusable, and even dangerous to enter and exit. The architect made huge mistakes in his calculations. |

Excellent hotel. Excellent location and breakfast. Staff were excellent and they gave us a room before the check in time as we arrived early in the hotel. You can rech hotel from cat( Airport) direct to the station which is closer to the hotel |

1.The hotel is located at the walking distance to the subway - shortest way to the city center and to the direct train to the airport. 2. Nice breakfast; 3.Fresh design. 4. friendly staff. Room service, but I have stayed only for 2 days, possibly this was just a coincidence. |
