La relació qualitat preu era bona. L'habitació comfortable. El berenar complet. Els accesos al centre fàcils. El llit supletori no era gaire còmode. Un tant antiquat. |

Staff was bilingual and very professional. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. Why do you insist on putting two twin size beds together and calling it a double bed??? |

Nice hotel, modern and clean. Room was comfortible with lovely furniture and modern ensuite. The fire alarm went off accidently and no-one apologised or explained anything. |

Fair breakfast, spacy and light bathroom, location is not far from center and tram stays right in front of hotel Room size (too small), room is dark, definitely not a 4 stars hotel, in bathroom there is no toilet brush and you can get only one shower and one shampoo for two persons daily |

breakfast variety, free access to internet (there is a PC in the hall of the hotel) The parking place should be included in the room price (currently is 15Eur). The room was small, as well the pool. |

The hotel was excellent,a true 4 star.Perfect location(there is also a nice budget serbian restaurant at the corner),7mins to the center with tram that passes right in front the hotel,metro stop at 200m..The room was modern and perfectly clean,the bathroom was top.Breakfast was also of the highest standard and the stuff was extremely helpful.The nice swimming pool helps you relax after a tiring sightseeing day.For around 70-80e for a double room with breakfast,the hotel is excellent choice. It doesn't have wifi on the rooms.There is free wifi and a pc at the lobby,but still a 4 star hotel should have free wifi in the room. |

the space of the room and the garage for my car The location of the hotel it is not the happiest one. If you walk from the centre to the hotel the neighborhood is not so nice and the streets are dirty. |

First of all just to clarify that I enjoy my stay at the hotel. It is located at 20 minutes walking from city center (lots of interesting places and museums), there have a 2 ways of transport (tram station and metro station are very close). Also very important for me was that hotel is near to AKH hospital (about 10 minutes walk) and the stuff were very helpful to explain to me how I can reach it. bathrooms are really small and there is no internet connection at the room but only on the lobby and bar |

Stayed on business overnight. The Hotel is very convenient for the hospital in Vienna. Hotel is in the Red Light district of Vienna so step outside and it is rather daunting. |

The staff is really nice, rooms are clean and breakfast is more than good. Also, gym is nice. Parking is not expensive. Rooms are smaller then I like. |

Excellent and very courteous staff, very polite and helpful. With the level of the hotel, I found it to be lacking in two aspects : 1. Slippers should have been provided. 2. Electric kettle for making tea/coffee in the room. In India, where I come from these are standard facilities provided in the rooms along with tea bags, coffee and powder milk in hotels of this level. |

Very nice bathroom, very good breakfast, general sense of cleanliness, although the description on booking.com states that only public parking is available, private parking is actually available. The gym does not seem to be ideally properly, the treadmill is old and shaky and unusable for faster movement, the area of the room around the window, hidden by a curtain, does not look well. |

good breakfast buffet selection of cold and warm options. great for a few days of city break. hotel staff we encountered where pleasant and helpful. had a swimming pool and gym in basement which was nice. not in the prettiest part of town. tram line right in front of hotel and train station about 7 minutes walk away. Nice funky decor in room and lobby/breakfast room the fact that the lobby had one pc with internet access and you had to queue. wifi access available though in reception/lobby area if you bring along a lap top. Wifi available in room but have to pay €8 per hour! room should have comfy chair as well, it had only a dining chair. the hotel hallway carpet could do with changing to complement the rest. |

El hotel esta un poco alejado del centro aunque muy bien comunicado con tranvía a la puerta del hotel y metro a 5 minutos, que te dejan en el centro en apenas 5 minutos. El desayuno está muy bien y las habitaciones han sido renovadas recientemente. Recomendable por su buena relación calidad/precio. La zona donde está ubicado deja un poco que desear. |

price value the stay would be much better if AC would be properly functioning... it was very very hot in the night. we had 3 rooms and all said the same thing. Perhaps the bar in the lobby could be open until 1am. |
