Hotel Exe Vienna    

The staff are very nice, kindly and helpfull

We have stayed at the 7th floor, the shower in room 706 and 707 doesnt have enough warm water. After speaking the staff we ve got another room to have a shower :(

Everything is excellent.

Hotel very clean, staff very friendly, great breakfast, quiet area, private parking, all good.

The pool and gym were very good. Location was good and close to transit that went where we wanted to go. A ahuttle to the airport would have been very useful as the transit didn't run around the time we needed to be there.

Above average breakfast buffet was kept stocked even as large tour groups came through. The rooms were very clean with great beds.

There was/is significant road construction in the area that affects finding the hotel. Would recommend they note this on the booking confirmation.

Good location, metro station front of the hotel, nice staff speaking English well, check in and out so fast and easy, good value for the money, safe area good for family.

Payment of parking, nobody ask me where I wish have located my room, mini-bar on the room is not on the room (!) - it is at the reception desk and you must ask for it, but the card of mini-bar prices is on the room...

The location was very good, close to the tramway and to the U6 underground line. The staff was very kindly and willing to help when I needed. The breakfast was good, I would have preferred more options to choose but the food included in the breakfast was really good. If I come back to that neighboring of Vienna I will choose this hotel with no hesitation.

the breakfast is really good the hairdryer didnt work, so we simply changed a room, the counter is very helpfull I think the price was cheap due to the construction site around the hotel in these days

the room is very dark since there is no light on the ceiling. The wifi connection isnt very stable.

Good Wi-Fi connection and speed. Good breakfast. Close to the Train and Bus stations.

Very dark room, on the evening the light from 2 weak lamps is not enough. Water in the shower changes randomly from hot to cold and then back, and the jet is weak.

- Staff is friendly, room service and cleaning was excellent but this is the only positive point

- We booked a baby bed but it was not available when we arrived - street was closed so we did not have access to the parking - wifi in room not working - swimming pool in very bad condition - room walls are like in paper, you hear everything from the other rooms

I am comparing this hotel with my previous stay in 2010 when it was named Eurostars. I would say that the quality has decreased. What I liked: Location Price Free wifi Parking in site Breakfast

Cleaneness, beautiful furniture and design, decorated with good taste, confortable.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. A tram stops in front of the hotel,10 min journey takes you into the city centre (tube 5min walk).

Walls between rooms quite thin. Location is okay, quite residential, but it's not a walk and pop into cafe location.

15 euros per day for parking. Not the best area of Vienna to stay

We enjoyed everything... Location, first. Good connections with Vienna city center. Restaurant Saloon, 100 meters along the street (good food and reasonable prices for Vienna). Spa facilities (indoor swiming pool, sauna, gym). Good breakfast. Friendly staff... Private, secure, cheap parking.

Water in the swiming pool was a bit too cold for ladies.

It is so old and it is so far from Uban station and everything, i dont recomend to any one to go there

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I really liked them all. The private inner car park, I was able to park in a little garage and felt totally secure for my car.

The bed like sleeping on a slab. The room lighting was too dim, not enough of lighting.

Very good breakfast. We were eating around 10:00 and was still various food. Huge bed, nice room. Very good value for money.

We had duble bad room and also had aditional bad in the room which didn't have any purpose, just taking place. Bit too noisy from other rooms and hallway.
