The Eurostars Vienna is just a 6-minute walk from the Alserstraße Underground Station. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi and free use of the heated indoor pool and gym, which were renovated in 2011. The air-conditioned rooms feature satellite TV, a minibar, and a bathroom with hairdryer. A buffet breakfast is served each morning. The rooms were very comfortable, even though the bathroom was a bit on the small side. Breakfast was good, with some variation daily. Pool was nice, especially as I was always alone in there. The staff did not know much about the area. We asked one receptionist for directions to a restaurant, and he sent us in totally the opposite direction. We were there over the Christmas period and they did not know if any supermarkets or restaurants were open. I heard the same receptionist that had misguided us tell some people that nothing would be open on 25th; yet we saw a couple of supermarkets open and quite a few restaurants very close to the hotel.

There is a street car in front of hotel. It directly goes to city center by 20 minutes. The service is not good. I asked 3 times to get a light bulb changed.

Nothing! Room and bathroom mainly are very tiny. The hotel has little to recommend it, you can get better hotels for the same price or just slightly more.

Was quiet, and conveniently located for our needs. The room even with the heating turned completely off, and the window opened was incredibly warm... Although the hotel advertises a free in- room Wifi possibility no literature or information in the hotel in-room guides is provided to explain how to access the service.

Tram station is just in front of the hotel. I stayed 4 days here and don't know why but my room was not always cleaned up every day. Little too cold in the room. (but extra blanket is available, if asked.)

Staff was kind and let us know every information we want to know for sightseen. We enjoed breakfast at this hotel. Specially oranges were very good! No locker equipment for swimming pool area. Fresh juice is from automatic machine. If we can drink actual fresh juice, it will be much better.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, mit der Straßenbahn ist man in nur 10 Minuten am Schottenring. Mein Zimmer war richtig abgenutzt. Total dreckige Fugen im Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer war in Summe sowieso total klein - also eher nicht mein Geschmack. Zudem war es sehr laut im Hotel, vom Nachbarzimmer hörte man jedes Wort/Ton.

Unbedingt Fenster zum Innenhof buchen. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind recht laut, da auch die Lärmdämmung der Fenster zu Wünschen übrig läßt.
