The receptionist (the guy with a tattoo on his neck) did exactly the opposite, that I have requested and thought it is funny. Very unprofessional, unacceptable behaviour.

Nice clean room with good view. Stayed on 6th floor facing rear of hotel. Very clean room and compact but good bathroom. Room layout and storage was good. Pool and leisure room although small were very clean and well suited to the price paid. Breakfast was good buffet, good choices of food and nicely served in a nice room. A good hotel and good value for money. Clean, safe and does what it says on tin.

Not the greatest location but ok with tram outside and underground about 600m away. Staff are ok, mostly polite but could be a bit more customer focused. Are mainly Spanish, speak good English and German but could be better and are at best transactional. The area around the hotel is not the greatest, but is safe. Found a nice Church nearby (Hernals) - the hotel knew nothing of this when looking for a Sunday service. Travel to airport by train clumsy from here - taxi only way and then expensive.

Unfriendly personal, specially the Spanish guy from Reception...he could not find me in the system, I had to show him the print of the booking,without that, probably he would have kicked me out.Very noisy rooms.

Good breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. Free parking on the street.

Swimming pool pleasant but cold, 1-2 degrees warmer and it would be perfect. Pillows awful. Very long walk to the city center, nevetrtheless there is tram stop nearby.

Internet was too slow and doors of the rooms when somebody close them and you are trying to sleep are too loud

The rooms seemed much more spacious on the photos, however they were comfortable.

Extremely nice room. Good Wi-Fi. Outstanding breakfast. By far the best hotel of my vacation trip - and the least expensive.

There is a street car in front of hotel. It directly goes to city center by 20 minutes.

The service is not good. I asked 3 times to get a light bulb changed.

Me pareció estar en un hotel de 4-5 estrellas, pagando por 3. Las habitaciones son de amplio tamaño, elegantes, con una cama muy confortable, un baño de lujo, y todo tipo de accesorios que rinden la estancia muy placentera. Súper limpias, sin humo y muy tranquilas. El desayuno buffet es inmejorable, tanto en la variedad y cantidad de los alimentos, como en su calidad, y cuenta además con excelentes meseros, así como es atento y profesional el personal de la recepción. Tampoco es mala la ubicación, ya que enfrente tiene un tram que en 6 paradas te deja en la entrada del centro, y a 5 minutos caminando llegas al metro (U-bahn) que te lleva directamente a la estación principal de trenes con pocas paradas.

Excelente atención, muy buena conexión de tranvía con la parada en la puerta y buena relación calidad-precio!!! Recomendable, hablan español!
