Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä; tarjolla oli kaikkea hedelmistä pekoniin. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja kaikki käytännön järjestelyt sujuivat hyvin. Koko hotelli, kuten myös huoneemme oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Huoneemme WC:n pöntöstä tuli epämiellyttävä haju, joka ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt meitä siinä määrin, että olisimme asiasta valittaneet. Sängyt olivat kovat ja ääniersitys ei kovin hyvä. |

Lämmin sisäuima-allas. Sijainti suhteellisen lähellä ratikka- ja metroasemaa. Erinomainen aamiainen. WLAN maksullinen huoneissa, yleisten tilojen ilmainen WLAN ei aina toiminut. |

Aamiainen oli erinomainen! Aamiaistarjoilijat ystävällisiä. Hotelli on vähän kauempana keskustassa, mutta sinne on hyvät raitiovaunuyhteydet ja matkan jaksaa kävelläkin. Aivan kulman takana on tori kivoine kuppiloineen, siellä on paikallista meininkiä ja edullista ruokaa. Uima-allas oli suljettu vierailumme ajan. Kuntosali on pieni ja hikinen, koska uimahallin höyryt tulevat sinne suoraan. |

Hyvällä paikalla. Loistava aamiainen. Kaunis uima-allasosasto. Ihan toimiva kuntosali. Hyvä, että ne kuuluivat hintaan. Ohuet seinät. Naapurin kuorsaus kuului läpi. |

Hotelli oli ok. Aamiainen erinomainen, henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huonepalvelu ei toiminut sunnuntaina tiedoista poiketen. Huoneeseen olisi mukava saada kahvin/teenkeittomahdollisuus. Huoneet ehkä hieman liian askeettiset. |

location There is no room service and more over out of the list of menu provided in room nothing was available, and I was told that food will be available from next week onward. Forsure you dont expect that in a so called four star hotel. The carpets in corridor was extremely dirty. |

It is close to the center of the town. They do not have parking seats(I see only 5 places). In every early morning we heard a noise generated by an installation. The double bed was the smallest I ever seen in a 4 stars hotel. They retained the price for a night from my bank account using my credit card, put me to pay all the nights at the hotel and after 2 weeks they have not free my money use as guarantee. |

Staff were nice and helpful. Street car stop right across the street goes directly to the center. You can get Vienna card right at hotel. Rooms were small. |

The breakfast was excellent. When the TV was not working a technician was sent. The location is quite far from the city centre but the tram service is good. The room was a double with a sleeper couch not a triple room. |

I liked the service the facilities & the breakfast I didn't like the cleaning quality (at the 2nd day soap towels were not replaced) I didnt like the neighborhood around the hotel especially at night. |

Very helpful receptionist Poor service at the bar - I sat there for over 2.5 hours one lunchtime and was not offered a drink or food once during that time. The bar was advertised as 'open' from 11, but no-one manned the bar the entire time I was sat there. |

Nothing special, but almost everything was acceptable, good. Also I liked the internet conection, and the bar in the evening ! parking was not available, shampoo very litlle ! |

The location was excellent. There was a tram stop outside the front door which took you directly to the city centre. Although our room was at the front (top floor), we did not experience any problems with noise. Breakfast very good. Secure parking on site. Staff multilingual and helpful. Swimming pool in basement was pleasant. Very good value. |
