Our original booking was oversold at Eurostars Vienna so the staff moved us to their brand new hotel in the town centre, at their cost I might add. They were so accommodating and I would recommend any Eurostar hotel to all travelers looking for a great hotel stay. The only thing was that they were such a brand new hotel, (opened the day we checked in) they hadn't hooked up their internet service yet and being a business traveler, it was essential that I get online. I did not fault them nor complain as I totally understood their situation and they made up for it in every other way. |

Very nice rooms and bath, excellent interior design A smile from the staff doesn´t hurt- well educated staff is to prefer as well. A bin was missing in the hotelroom- makes it easier to keep clean. Roomservice? Breakfast was good but a coffemashine would make it better |

The pool and gym here are really nice. The location is also awesome as it's very easy to hop on the tram or subway and get anywhere. The internet was only available in the lobby. |

We observed problems with the maintenance of the hotel. The showers leak water in the conections. Was necessary to change the room because was not possible to take a shower. |
