눉July 2015: Very poor service at reception regarding hotel itself (e.g. incomplete -wrong information) + regarding excursions, they forget all special requests you made (poor English too), poor service in restaurant (forget to ask you what to drink all the time, after two courses they might think of it, on exception of a few, personnel forced to smile), not vegetarian-friendly food, not a lot of food as it's supposed to be 'gastronomic' (main course: 1 small slice of salmon, 1 bean and 1 potato), overall inconsistent policy (eg. opening hours wellness change all the time, very frustrating - welcome drink alcoholic for others, not for us, frustrating as well...), no airco system or even sheets while very hot weather, unclean beds with dirty spots, forgetting to replace towels-toilet paper... Nothing to do at night except for drinking a very expensive drink at the bar, no lights in the garden-swimming pool at night...a lot of works needs to be done to make this hotel a fours stars superior to begin with changing 95% of its current staff..it's a real waste of money and unworthy to be called a Falkensteiner, a hotel chain we had good experiences with before, but now: never again. Biggest disappointment ever in Austria and a shame for the Falkensteiner chain.
