Cancellation
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 9 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

“The 5 elements of well-being” are the spa area’s motto. These are water, exercise, nutrition, herbs and life balance. Treatments with typical natural products from the Mühlviertel region (moor, hops, salt, mountain herbs, hay) complete the offer.
Half-board, including an exclusive breakfast buffet and a multi-course dinner, is included in the room price. Lunch is available à la carte.
There is a Spa Bistro with terrace in the spa area.

Simply put, this hotel is wonderful. We booked it as a stop-over for 2 nights, on our way to Prague, and will next time book for at least a week. The standard of accommodation, resort style facilities, superb food at breakfast and dinner, wonderful friendly and helpful staff, far exceeded our expectations. Terrific value for money. Location outside a delightful village in beautiful Austrian countryside added to the charm. No traffic noise, great views. Attention to serving healthy gourmet tucker was the best we experienced anywhere in Europe. The swimming pool is fantastic. This hotel is high on our list of places we wish to return to - for an extended stay next time. |

die mitarbeiter sind bemüht - da das Hotel neu ist sind alle Anlagen perfekt und grosszügig ebenfalls im Design inhaltliche Leere - ein wenig zuviel business insgesamt - die Anlagen und Materialwahlen sind gestalterisch ok jedoch qualitativ mittel auch die Details. |

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Unser Zimmer wurde leider vom Housekeeping übersehen. Bei einem Kurzurlaub aber noch nicht so schlimm. Personal im Service war teilweise überfordert - zu wenig Servicepersonal. |

Sowohl Speisen als auch Getränke waren sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch die ländliche Umgebung und das "Outfit" des Hotels (sowohl innen als auch außen) hat gut gefallen. Die kleine Band abends hat gute Stimmung gemacht, war sehr angenehm. Weiters war es schön, dass der Wellnessbereich am Abreisetag gegen eine kleine Gebühr (€ 10) noch ganztägig genutzt werden konnte. Leider hatten wir eine Verbindungstür zu einem Nebenzimmer, die nicht abgeschlossen war - nach Bekanntgabe an der Rezeption wurde diese aber dann versperrt. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte relativ spät - erst Nachmittags! Leider sind die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert. Im Badezimmer sind nicht genügend Haken um auch den Bademantel aufhängen zu können (mit 2 Handtüchern sind alle Haken belegt!) |
